I dealt with Linda and Ellie through the whole process
They looked after me all the way through. They went above and beyond sorting my battery and seal replacement out to my onega, there was even a pin missing from the clasp, which they manage to source and fix for me before sending the watch back.
The service and communication has been absolutely fantastic. A lot better than going to one of the Main Street stores like Amiga or Goldsmiths that just treat you as a transaction. I will 110% be using Swiss time again for all my future servicing and battery needs on my omega.
A massive shout out to Linda, Ellie, and the technician who looked after my watch. Please keep these guys a call. They are very cost-effective and don’t charge or do work that’s not needed. Thank you again

I have used Swisstime for years for servicing of Omega watches and battery replacements on Omegas. I would not go anywhere else. There aren't many companies left like Swisstime, attention to detail, lovely ladies that "man" the phones and good comms by email. They also do an excellent polishing service on older watches, come back looking new.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Swiss Time Services.

Before sending my Cartier watch to them, I provided full details, including the fact that it had an aftermarket diamond-set bezel. I was assured that this would not be a problem and that they could service the watch, so I sent it to them in good faith.

Only after they had received the watch was I informed that it would need to be sent to Cartier instead. Cartier then advised that the diamond bezel would have to be removed before they would carry out the service. Had I been told this from the outset, I would have made a different decision and avoided the unnecessary inconvenience and worry.

Throughout the process I have had to chase repeatedly for updates, and communication has been poor. For a watch of this value and sentimental importance, I expected clear, accurate advice and proactive customer service.

To make matters worse, I still have no idea what is happening with my watch or when I will be getting it back. I have been left completely in the dark, with very little information despite repeatedly trying to obtain updates.

Overall, I feel I was given incorrect information before sending my watch, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would not use Swiss Time Services again and cannot recommend them.

Sent a Tudor watch in for repair through H&T that was still under guarantee. They fixed the problem and completed a full tear down and service with a 24 month guarantee at no charge to me. Did take a good 6 weeks and Comms could have been better so knocked a star off.

Very happy with helpful staff , the watch looks lovely & we got it back earlier than expected.

I purchased an American Ball watch almost twenty years ago. It’s had its first full service in the last few weeks.

Swisstime Services were extremely knowledgeable, patient, very supportive, as regards what the watch required to be undergone as so to give it a new lease of life, so to speak, and the staff ever so friendly at all times.

I rang them on a few occasions to give me the odd update, and always they were so extremely helpful.

I got the watch back today, and they did an amazing job. Looking as beautiful as when brand new. … In fact, it is once more as good as brand new!

My Omega Seamaster Professional has been serviced by STS four times over 23 years.
Despite living a bit of a distance away I have always taken and collected it personally.
I’ve just got it back from its latest service plus a few cosmetic replacements parts after a 5/6 week turnaround. It’s like a brand new watch. The staff in house were excellent and communication throughout has been exemplary. I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews on here as they are in complete contradiction to my experience.

My 4 year old Ball engineer diver watch stopped working. I sent my watch to them via Hand T.
I was told I'd be updated when it gets to the repair shop.
5 weeks later I chased them up and they said they had my email down wrong so couldn't contact me.
They quoted over £400 pounds. I said I'll come and get my watch thanks.

I sent my Ball watch to Swisstime as they were the recommended company by Ball to provide in warranty work on my watch, the watch was sent to them in July 2025 and I still haven’t received it back, it’s now January 2026. They had previously advised me that Ball are notorious for taking a long time to provide replacement parts. I was notified that the part had arrived late December and would have to wait until the new year, still waiting- not at all very good for a £2500 watch. Please be mindful if thinking of purchasing one or sending it in for repair, great watches when they work, by the time it get it back the warranty may have run out

STS worked on my 1961 Omega Constellation. The work was completed on time and with good communication. I have had the watch back about a month and it's keeping good time. They are expensive and there are cheaper repair/service options available in the UK.

I requested an Omega replacement strap as part of the service, and STS were unable to fulfil this.

Sent Porsche design chronograph for new stem. (Lemania 5100)
Found tiny bit of corrosion on mechanism retaining spring so wanted £900 for service. Ok so be it - I asked for them to return watch and it was just loose in the box I sent it in, not on cushion. Bracelet not joined and original stem not in the little container I sent it in. watch just rattling around in box with bracelet.
Waste of time

I had to give them 1 star because there is not a zero.
Del Boy Trotter has given up selling watches and gone into the repair job. My Tissot went to them Mid March, Eight weeks ago I contacted the jeweller it was losing time and they had sent for the parts. This morning it was something to do with the hands! I am going to Canada on holiday tonight minus my watch. If anyone deals with these con men beware. Lying incompitent frauds.

Completed a full service on my Girard Perregaux watch. Fast and very professional service. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.
