Excellent service, excellent communication, and a good choice for employees, as they can use them anywhere you can swipe a card, so spending options are not limited as they would be with an in-store gift card—5-day max delivery (in my experience), even with a pay-by-transfer option. Have been using Swirl for 3 years now; it's our Christmas go-to for employees, and they say it's their preferred option over standard gift cards.

The information I received was clear from the beginning. The card was received within 3-5 days and topped up only when the employee confirmed she had received it. The app is clear, blocking all functions which are not allowed for a gift card and providing clear guidance to distinguish between an Employee Reward Mastercard and a SWIRL Prepaid Mastercard. Definitely, I will continue using SWIRL for the following Gift Cards for my employees.

Easy to follow, eficent service

Very good card but annoying having to sign each transaction and it not being compatible with Apple Pay.

I place SWIRL orders year round at work, with many large orders at Christmas time. Swirl do get busy at times understandably but I find them so reliable and we get really good feedback on their app and user experience of the cards. SWIRL went over and above for me this year with denominations of gift cards. Big thank you to Jess from their team for all of your work!!
