Swimtrek Kornati Islands…
Coming back from the Kornati Islands after a superb week of swimming in clear seas. Would like to put in a mention for our great guides Hamish and Kim who created such a positive vibe for the group to feel so well looked after. Hamish is calm, competent, amusing and clear - not at any time did we have to worry about anything or doubt that we were in the best of hands! Kim was so warm and welcoming and high spirited. Team players! SwimTrek attract the best and that difference counts for so much for group dynamics. The Kornati island trip speaks for itself - gorgeous seas and a stunning 1930s wooden boat to add!

Excellent location. Guides were excellent- professional, friendly, and you felt 100% safe the whole time. Incredibly organised and everything felt easy. Fellow swimmers were a joy to be around.

Swimtrek have everything covered. The hotel may not be the most luxurious but it will be in the most incredible location with an amazing view. The guides are amazing - nothing is too much trouble and their upbeat positivity really makes the trip. It is all like minded people doing what we love - 5 star experience

I went on my first swimtrek trip to the Kornati islands, guided by Hamish and Kim, and accompanied by a fantastic local boat crew. The whole experience was just fabulous. Beautiful swimming locations and nice nature in the national park, felt super safe at all times, and we were also really spoiled with nice food and drinks. 100% recommend the guides, place and experience

Our guides and their team went above and beyond to make our week the best that it could be. Their communication was excellent from beginning to end, whether for swim briefings, technique support or restaurant suggestions. Their commitment to our safety was evident throughout the week. The boat trips were great, the swims were amazing and the food surpassed expectation, both on the boat and in the local restaurants. The photos the guides managed to capture of us all having the best time, were brilliant! The smiles say it all! 😊

Our guides Hamish and Kim made our Swim Trek holiday in the Kornati Islands a wonderful experience. They were knowledgeable about the area, showing us points of historical interest along the way. I've been on 3 Swim Trek adventures and…
I've been on 3 Swim Trek adventures and have scheduled another one for next year. The locations of all 3 have been absolutely stunning including the accommodations. The trips are for a week at a time. The waters are spectacularly clear everywhere I've been, The crews are experienced and have deep backgrounds in the swimming world. The group is kept to 15 and usually broken up into smaller groups based on speed and ability. We all get to know each other pretty quickly and all share our love of open water swimming. I have made friends with swimmers from around the world from these trips. One thing I have learned from a lifetime of swimming is that my friendships from swimming have endured throughout the years. I can't recommend Swim Trek enough if you're looking for a unique experience in beautiful locations.

Incredible Experience
As relatively new to open water swimming and not knowing what to expect, Swim Trek made it so easy and enjoyable, the location was incredible, it was so well organised, the guides and drivers were great, so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, overall a brilliant experience.

The team made the experience enjoyable for all in a very calm and relaxed manner. I think they even sorted the weather!!! But I also think you can't go wrong in the Lake District regardless of weather.
