Erna Low make the whole experience of booking seamless. We manage to book accommodation and all the relevant in resort necessities like ski hire, passes and lessons with ease and at good prices. We have used EL for two years in a row now and have only had a positive experience!

I booked online after initially finding the accommodation i wanted through a different agency but it was way out of budget. After doing a quick search i found it dramatically cheaper through Erna Low. The online system was easy to use. It would have been good had i also been able to book Evolution2 ski school through the site, but it wasn't a big deal. Really pleased with my booking and my trip.

Professional and dependable service. Clear booking portal. Knowledgeable guidance regarding Ski hire and lift passes. Very efficient and quick to respond. Overall a pleasure to deal with. Will use again.

Just back from wonderful trip to Val Thoren, as always very pleased with ease of booking and customer service with Erna Low, always knowledgeable about resorts and efficient in following up with queries. The chat element is very efficient and easy to use.

We have just returned from our second ski holiday in Flaine with Erna Low. We are a family of 6 who stayed in a 2-bedroom appartment within a hotel complex.
We were supported very efficiently throughout. All Erna Low and Hotel staff were super helpful. Our appartment was lovely, again, and we will definately seek to re-book next year.

The expert team at Erna Low were very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we found the perfect holiday. They were happy to deal with my various changes of plan - excellent customer service. I have used only Erna Low for all skiing trips since 2014 and will be back for more.

Our group of three families recently came back from Les Arc 2000, staying at Les Cime Des Arcs apartments. Two families travelled together from Manchester to Geneva, the other from Luton to Lyon. The latter was met with a private hire car, which arrived promptly, my family and the third other family, where left waiting 3hrs for a shared bus. Nowhere in the booking process did it highlight this long wait, if we had known we would've booked our own enabling earlier arrival and check-in

Also this late arrival in resort (after 10pm) and lack of direction as to where our accommodation was, left us walking around aimlessly in the sister hotel and outside (for a further hour), with no staff or help to hand. All guests should have their arrival planned, clearly communicated and supported by Erna Low

We recently booked a ski trip to La Rosière with Erna Low and, overall, had a fantastic experience though one major issue would make us think twice about booking again.

The booking process itself was seamless and straightforward. Communication in the lead-up to the trip was excellent, and it was very easy to make changes and add extras (we added helmets and later adjusted our transfer time without any hassle). The hotel was absolutely stunning, and the flights were smooth and well-organised. On the whole, everything you would hope for from a ski package holiday.

However, the transfer service, operated by Alpine Fleet, was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.

On arrival, after a 2.5-hour journey from Geneva to Bourg St Maurice, we were left waiting for over an hour for our onward transfer to La Rosière. Even the Erna Low rep on the ground appeared stressed and unsure where the driver was. It was clear this leg is outsourced as the van had Polish plates and the driver was unfriendly and unhelpful.

The return journey was even worse. The driver (again seemingly outsourced) drove recklessly down the mountain, overtaking on bends, tailgating, and generally making the journey feel genuinely unsafe. It was a very frightening experience, especially with children (one of whom was vomiting in the back due to the insane driving).

To make matters worse, when we arrived back in Bourg St Maurice, there was no rep present for over 15 minutes, leaving us with no idea where to go or what was happening. Luckily reps from other companies were there and confirmed we were in the right place. When someone finally arrived, we then had to wait a further 45 minutes, ultimately arriving at the airport more than four hours early. There was no need to have leave at 5:45am for a 1pm flight.

It’s such a shame because everything else about the trip was excellent. This isn’t the first review with disappointing feedback about Alpine Fleet, so why Erna Low haven’t made a change yet is perplexing. We would absolutely consider booking with Erna Low again but the transfer experience has seriously made us reconsider. If this aspect were improved, we wouldn’t hesitate to return using Erna Low.

I’ve been using Erna Low for over 20 years as they offer a personal service with friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. Plus a great choice of resorts with a high standard of accommodation and can package everything you need for a stress free holiday.Just back from latest holiday in Arc 2000. Accommodation was the usual high standard as expected which removes one possible area of stress! snow conditions unbelievable and a happy family! I would highly recommend using Erna Low for your next ski trip.

Flight, transfers and accommodation all worked and were as described. We used chat twice. The first time we asked about ski lessons for our grandson. This wasn't answered satisfactorily. The second time was about check in and this was answered fully in a timely manner.

Very friendly by email and on the phone but overall a very self service trip.
Flights were Jet2 and referred to their website for extras like luggage, seats etc. also Jet2 use geneva terminal 2 which means more lugging of stuff back and forth from T1
Transfer was BensBus but only got the vouchers 3 days before and found that you get dropped off at the bus station 700m and 50m vertical from the accommodation, no map to the accommodation nor advice on the public elevator
Accommodation information was all generic, checkin was good as its 24/7 at les temples du soliel.
Lift pass voucher means you have to find a self service machine, again no information on where to find them in the package .
Overall a good trip but except for being in the package holiday regulations not sure what value ErnaLow added to DIY not sure if I could have done it cheaper using all the same service providers though
FYI Geneva passport control both in and out over 1 hour due to the new system not working or even being used at Easter

Excellent communication, price and last minute availability. We could actually speak to someone that was helpful and pulled everything together quickly and efficiently. Great job.

Booked a self catering trip to Val Thorens and was really happy with all aspects of service from Erna Loe. Great communications in the build up to the holiday, all details regarding accommodation, equipment, transfers and flights delivered in good time. I had a few adjustments to make prior and the web chat service was quick and efficient. I was promptly connected with a member of the team who dealt with my issues quickly. I will definitely rebook through Erna Loe.
