Fantastic villa in great location
The house was beautifully appointed. It was very clean and well equipped in a perfect location for Disney.
The pool was much larger than expected and a welcome addition after a day out.
The Games Room was a great addition as well as all the boxed games and bookcase full of books to borrow.
The community were very welcoming and the clubhouse put on an Easter egg hunt and games for the children with lovely prizes.
We would definitely go back to the villa and thoroughly recommend it.

Super holiday stay
The villa was lovely and clean, well equipped and met all our expectations. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was close to the parks and restaurants which helped so much when the traffic was heavy. I wouldn't book with anyone else after three excellent experiences with Debbie's Villas.

Would recommend
Great communication prior to flying. Great, well equipped villa. We added a BBQ which was clean and ready to be used. Welcome food hamper was great, we added the additional one which was also really good. We will 100% use Debbie's Villas again.

Good facilities, clean and well looked after. Catherine at Management Company was very friendly and helpful. Have booked with Debbie's Villas for a number of years now and the process is easy with great support. Will definitely use Debbie's Villas on my next visit.

First time useing Debbie's villas, refreshing to find a company that actually cares about their customers, they were fantastic, the booking was easy, great communication from booking to even after the holiday with a phone call to make sure everything was what we expected, villa was amazing and in a great location, everything we were hoping for and more, with a nice little food welcome pack waiting for us which was great as we didn't need to get essentials and could just relax and put the kettle on when we arrived 😀
The only problem we had was getting the kids out the pool lol, we all had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend Debbie's villas and would like to thank them for helping make our Holiday perfect👌

We’ve used Debbie’s Villas twice now and would recommend them to anyone. Their communication via email, their courtesy calls before and after the holiday and everything inbetween is really reassuring. The villa was excellent quality and we had a fabulous holiday.

We have recently stayed at The Regal…
We have recently stayed at The Regal Oaks Resort for 11 nights.
All of our correspondence whether by phone or online was excellent.
The property and Resort were 100% for the cost and no issues there at all.
I had one very small issue, however I think that may have been a local problem. I paid about £70 for some extra food and drink. But the amount that was there cannot have been the true value unless of course the cost of living is a lot higher in the US? 😁
I would not hesitate in using Debbie's Villas again in the future!

Book with Debbie's Villas-brilliant company!
Very easy to book with Debbie's Villas. This was our 2nd time booking with them and I can highly recommend. The villa was exactly as shown and described on the website. We were very pleased with it. We had a couple of minor issues, but after messaging the Management Company they were quickly resolved. It's great to have the free welcome pack they provide too, especially when arriving late at night and you at least have something to eat and drink.
Also the car hire was really quick and easy at the Alamo desk with no pressure to take any 'add-ons'.
I find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From the call before our holiday, to the call received a few days after we returned home. The service was A ⭐.
We booked and stayed in the Windsor at Westside resort. Not often are website pics the same as the place you actually get. Not here it is as described and as pictured. My advice given to me regarding car hire helped immensely and was saved from the hard upsell at the counter and made the whole process so smooth.
If we go again we know who we are booking with no questions there.
Our amazing holiday was made all the better with the guy’s here at Debbies Villas.

I was ready to give up and to try to recover my down payment due to disappointment with my initially reserved property. The wonderful team at Debbie’s Villas went above and beyond by finding me an alternative property that actually was more expensive in a more desirable community with NO EXTRA cost to me.
That’s how committed they are to preserving their clients and keeping them happy. 5-stars!

We stayed in a rental in Davenport. 4 beds 3 baths with pool. What can I say a fantastic residence. Great location a home maintained to the highest standard. First time we have used Debbie’s villas we will definitely use them in future. I can not say a bad word about Debbie’s or the villa. Just the home we would love to live in full time.
