Ocean Florida Omdömen 

Booked two week holiday to Orlando Florida, was able to sort out all that I wanted for my package excellent staff. When my flight was cancelled they were able to adjust my arrival time with my hotel.

Glad to pass on our wonderful experience with Ocean Florida from the initial booking with the most helpful and attentive Andy. Flights as good as they should be (apart from the usual Edinburgh airport shambles) accommodation fabulous both car hire and villa just fell into place smoothly we even made full use of the extra benefits which were awarded us. Both my partner and myself both aged 67 going on 37 enjoyed Florida to the max and would without a second thought sign up with Ocean Florida again for the Sunshine state experience. We had an excellent experience with Ocean Florida from start to finish. I had actually been considering booking with a travel company we had used previously and only came across Ocean Florida while looking at our options. I am so pleased that I did.

What really stood out was the customer service. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We never felt that any question was too small or silly, and whenever we needed advice or help, the team were approachable and ready to assist. It gave us a real sense that our holiday was being looked after and that we weren't just another booking.

The team's knowledge of Florida was also a huge plus. They understood the destination and were able to give useful information and advice, which gave us confidence when planning our trip.

We also really appreciated the additional extras included with our holiday. The data SIM was particularly useful while we were in Florida, and the complimentary magic show was a lovely bonus that added another experience to our holiday.

Even when we were actually in Florida and had questions or needed assistance, we felt that Ocean Florida were there to help, which is exactly what you want from a travel company when you are thousands of miles from home.

Overall, we felt very well looked after and had a fantastic holiday. I would happily use Ocean Florida again and would recommend them to anyone planning a Florida holiday.

I honestly wouldnt book an expensive holiday with anyone else! I know they always get it right and are trustworthy! I always deal with Ricky cooper who is amazing this holiday I had Ian May step in to cover Ricky’s annual leave and he was also amazing! He was fast at replying had no issues with me forever changing my dates and wants! I highly recommend this company to everyone!

From our initial enquiry in January 2026 to coming back to the UK, the service was faultless, Andy was amazing from the initial enquiry, discussing what we needed and tips on how to reduce costs travelling with 2 under 5s.
Tui messed up our pre selected seats a few months before we were due to fly, but Kate at Ocean was on hand to resolve this for us
The villa was changed from the original booking (and from reading reviews about Aviana resort I was glad!) and we were moved to a stunningly beautiful villa at Championsgate. The Ocean team were totally amazing, sending a Whats App message when we arrived and were responding to a query within minutes. Absolutely amazing service yet again
The only one niggle was flying to Melbourne airport, whilst is a super quiet airport, the drive to the villa was well over 1 hour and 30 mins which was a lot for the kids to handle

First time visiting florida and ocean florida made the process seamless, nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Would 100% recommend

Tom was excellent and helped navigate all the options, we went back and forward with changes to hotels, dropping days, adding days and was very quick to come back with a solution.

Booking process easy and quick email correspondence. Dealt with a change of flight by airline quickly and efficiently by talking directly to flight team whilst we were on holiday, and getting us another flight back home .

I have read bad reviews about this company but we have now used them twice and they are in my opinion excellent. The customer service is second to none and the whole experience from booking through to return of holiday was smooth. Tex and Lauren both were extremely helpful and very professional at all times. Customer service in the US was easy to get hold off and were equally as friendly and helpful as the UK team. Would recommend them 100% thank you for a great holiday.

Darren was super helpful and friendly and I felt at ease booking our holiday with him as he was also very knowledgeable and answered any queries I had perfectly. I’m taking my son to Universal in Orlando for the week which is something I’ve an always wanted to do and we got an amazing deal with tickets included. I couldn’t be happier!

We have already booked multiple holidays with Ocean in the past and had a great experience, so with confidence, have used them again for our 2027 one. The booking process was great, Danny Eden was superb at helping us get the best possible price for our slightly bespoke booking which we made a few months ago. Since then we have sought help with some holiday extras which we have personal experience of booking ourselves in the past, which took up loads of time and incurred additional costs. Through a request for help email, we were passed on to Charlotte Kavanagh, who offered her support in getting our requests fulfilled. I have come on here specifically to call out her exceptional service. She has sorted everything she could quickly, professionally and with all the care and compassion you could possibly hope for. Thank you for elevating our experience with Ocean to even greater heights - I can't recommend this company and it's superb staff highly enough.

The staff listened to what we were looking for. They did some research and got back in touch with us. The price was very reasonable, so we booked our trip. It was very easy at a later date to add extras on.
Everything fell into place, and we enjoyed our holiday
