Everything is ok
Everything is ok. But I still want your company to check the bike carefully before delivery to customers. Because the gear of bike was wrong so I have to change the bike after two days.

Horrible experiencia,la bici muy bien pero la atención al cliente es lo peor,sobretodo los chicos que vienen a recoger tú bici cuando quieres finalizar tú plan con ellos,nunca cumplen con la hora ,vienen dos horas antes o dos después,justo hoy venían a recoger mi bicicleta el chico llamo cuando llegó a mi casa pasaron dos minutos en los que avisé a mi amigo para que la bajase y ya había desaparecido,ni siquiera se si llegó a presentarse,encima le llamo para saber dónde está y ya me dijo que me llamó hace un momento que ya se fue porque nadie le contestó habiendo tenido una llamada previa conmigo hace 2 minutos,un asco parece que nunca voy a conseguir devolver la bicicleta y el servicio de atención al cliente apagado,si queréis tener una bici para siempre y estar encerrados en un engaño adelante,alquilar bicis de swapfiets

Very good customer support
As soon as I arrived I immediately got served with minimal guy. And the person working there was really kind and happily to answer to any of my questions. And even though I told him I don't speak Dutch he was as happy to help which made the whole experience very nice!

The service works well overall. I booked an appointment to pick up the bike the evening before, for the following day, and the bike itself is fine. The only problem is that when I picked it up, nobody told me I would have to pay an extra €30 registration fee. Considering that renting the bike for a month was supposed to cost me only €30, I ended up paying twice as much
The funny part? I only found out days later, when I checked my bank app

Too many issues
I paid a lot of money to use swapfiets, especially because I depend on it to do my main job and my side job with Thuisbezorgd. I live in Hillegom, last month back to back days I went to Amsterdam because my tire was flat using their new Power Plus bike. Than the next week it wouldnt turn on. They gave me a new one when I went in to the shop. I missed multiple shifts at Thuisbezorgd and had to pay 3 (!) times to go from my home to Amsterdam and back to get it fixed in those 2 weeks. They first “only” would reimburse me “€20” max, eventually it was €30, after I bitched some more it was eventually €80. I let that shit go, but I’m back today because they again cost me money. Biking to make the train for my day shift, the bike keeps turning on and off. So now I had to fix a way to work but without my bike will my Thuisbezorg shift later. It’s way too many times I have to deal with this shit and I’m really tired of the same problems. I can’t depend on this bike and I can’t depend on swapfiets.

Swalfiets bikes are great
Swalfiets bikes are great, the app works perfectly, the counseling at the store was lovely, the bikes are really easy to find by their blue wheel, the security system is easy but 100% effective, I have nothing bad to say❤️

slechte zaak ooit
heel slecht ervaring bij deze gaat dit niet meer betaal worden is 2 x dat ze niet komen opdagen en moet wel betalen wil je geld terug en alles word stop gezet want heb 6 maanden pik dit niet meer langer raar bedrijf

ga niks meer betalen en fiets word vandaag opgehaald en alles word stop gezet haal ik me fiets in kerkrade voor 250 euro helemaal nieuwe oplichter

My experience was very good due to an easy introduction, but open hours could be improved for working students
My experience was very good due to a very fast service and easy application. The only improvement that I would make is to add a couple of days in the week with more flexible office hours for people who work. Since he 10-18:30 open hours of the Delft office made it impossible for me to attend outside working hours, leaving only Saturday to fix a small issue in my bike. Therefore, emergencies are not easily fixable for working students.

Mooie fietsen en uitstekende service
De dienst die ze bieden heeft me nog niet koud gelaten. Ik gebruik mijn fiets voor alles, en heb dus ook elke 6 tot 9 maanden wel weer een kapotte fiets. Als er iets simpels te maken valt, dan wordt die on the spot gerepareerd, maar in de ergste gevallen is die vrijwel de volgende dag gewoon bij mij thuis omgeruild! Deze reparatie/swap service is voor mij onmisbaar geworden. De volgende dag weer door kunnen is het maandelijkse abonnement meer dan waard. Al met al uiterst tevreden over swapfiets!
