No se hacen cargo de sus errores con tu dinero
No le pongo una estrella porque Carlota, en tienda, me atendió estupendamente y ha sido la única persona que realmente se molestó en entender lo que me pasó e intentó hacer algo.
Inicio un proceso de cambio de tarifa con el tiempo de preaviso de un mes que ellos piden. Les comento por primera vez que puedo ir el día 24 de diciembre (justo el día de antes de que hagan el cobro automático y termine mi subscripción) para dejar la eléctrica, pero que quiero continuar con ellos con otra tarifa más barata. La chica que me atiende por correo me dice que no hace falta que vaya el 24 para únicamente dejar la eléctrica, que puedo ir mejor el 27 y se gestiona todo: dar la otra bici, firmar por la otra tarifa y recoger la mecánica. Lo que no me dice es que si no entrego la bici antes del 25, mi antigua tarifa se renueva automáticamente ese mismo día. Así que me han cobrado 54,90 euros por una tarifa que no voy a disfrutar solo por informarme mal.
Hasta aquí, bueno, me digo a mí misma que todo el mundo se equivoca y que seguro que hacen reembolso. Pues no, hablo con ellos y la única solución que me dan a esto es tener ese dinero, que es mío, como crédito con ellos para futuro y que si lo necesito ya (como si me estuvieran haciendo un favor) que tendré que darme de baja y hacer el alta con otro correo (????), además de pagar matrícula (así que el dinero del reembolso se iría en eso).
Es decir, me hubiera sido muuuuucho mejor ceñirme a lo que tenía pensado desde un inicio.
Hablo con dos personas de atención al cliente que se leen mi caso en diagonal y me repiten como cotorras lo mismo, cuando mi intención es seguir con ellos. Solo saben decirme que su sistema es automático y no admite otro funcionamiento.
No estoy pidiendo ni mucho menos que me regalen nada, solo que admitan su error y sean flexibles. Lamentablemente no seré tan rentable como quieren.

Lamentamos mucho la confusión generada por la información recibida por correo y el malentendido con las fechas. Entendemos perfectamente tu frustración al ver que se ha cobrado la renovación automática debido a esto.
Sin embargo, tal y como han explicado mis compañeros, nuestro sistema realiza la renovación automáticamente si la bici no se ha devuelto antes de la fecha de corte. Desafortunadamente, no podemos cambiar el resultado de este cobro. Las opciones disponibles siguen siendo mantener ese importe como crédito para cubrir tus próximas facturas (con la nueva tarifa) o devolver la bici para que podamos procesar el reembolso, lo cual implicaría la cancelación del contrato.
Sentimos no poder ofrecerte la flexibilidad que esperas en este caso.

La peor experiencia. Servicio pésimo
Después de esperar tres semanas a que me reparasen la bici, decidí cancelar la suscripción. Me dejaron tirado dos veces y encima me han cobrado un recargo de 20€.
