Horrible Customer Service

I contacted Swagtron about a week ago asking if they can help me with finding a new battery for my Swagtron hoverboard. I stated how I barely use my hoverboard and all of a sudden I was met with a blinking light indicating I needed a battery replacement. Swagtron promised a response in 24-72 hours and after 120 hours I still got no response so I made another claim. It has been over 48 hours since my second claim was filed and still no word regarding my issue. I am extremely disappointed and I recommend everyone to not purchase any products from them because if you have any questions or face any issues, you won't be getting help from their customer service.

The customer service phone number is…

The customer service phone number is really hard to find. When you do funds it and call it, no one ever answers. The customer service associates available by email aren't able to give me details about the warranty they sell. They sent willing to connect me with anyone who can answer questions about it.

Poor Quality and Customer Service

I ordered 4 hoverboards and 2 of them (50 percent) were dead on arrival. I wanted to have them repaired because they were the last gift to my children from their now deceased grandmother, however, they would not offer to repair them. Instead they will refund the purchase price, while I still have to pay to ship them back. Very unscrupulous and heartless company, with no respect for their consumers.

Buy the warranty - the products DO break

The website is very clunky, not enough detail on the product description.

Beware - I have bought these products before and if you don't purchase the warranty, you will have a problem. They all break and the company nor Amazon stand behind the 90 day window. Basically, they don't think their products should last more than 90 days. I bought the one year additional warranty this time. Eye roll.

AWFUL Customer Service

I ordered a brand-new bike for a Christmas gift the EB6 bike. I received the bike on 12/4/23. On 12/10/23 I opened the box to assemble the bike and charge it to be ready for Christmas. Upon opening the bike there were NO pedals, NO charger and no instructions. I called into to speak with customer service to explain the new bike was missing the pedals, charger and instructions. The customer service representative was VERY rude, he said he would ship the pedals and charger and I asked if this happens often, to which he told me I've had the bike for a WEEK and how do they know I didn't get the pedals and charger, I told him he needed to work on his customer service skills and then he HUNG UP on me. This is a Christmas GIFT, what if I would have not opened this until 12/25/23, would they not have sent me the missing parts? I have not received the missing items yet. AWFUL customer service experience with Swagtron. Very disappointing. I hope to receive the missing items and never have to call back again.

Love Swagtron Brand Great Website

I fell in love with the swagtron products and also how user friendly their website is to use. This is my second purchase from this website, very satisfied from start to finish. Highly recomend the eb7 and eb5 pro.

Website was easy to navigate

Website was easy to navigate. The product I wanted was available and decently priced. Also I was glad to be able use my AMAZON account for payment. Hoping that the item is as good as stated in the description so I can come back and give a great review for the actual product!

T580 Twist Hoverboard Purchase2023

The information that I sought for this product was listed in it's description and I didn't have to hunt for what I wanted to know. The price is reasonable and I'm hoping that my grandson will be pleased with this hoverboard.
