SUPA Products Ltd. Omdömen

Brilliant product. Heats our hot tub way quicker than our log burner ever could. Simple to use and appears to be cheaper per heat too! Customer service is amazing.

Very impressed! Just used my supa heater for the first time & it raised the temperature of my lay-z-spa St.Moritz hot tub from 16 to 40 degrees in one hour twenty minutes.
Assembly wasn’t too bad, just follow the instruction video & using the heater is simple.
Looking forward to using my hot tub more often this winter without spending a fortune.

Recently purchased the Supaheater for our hot tub. Long gone are the 4 hours of trying to get it up to temperature. Just under an hour to get it from 17° to 40° Following the YouTube video took about 2 hours to assemble. An absolute game changer!! Can't fault Mark for the communication, which has been fantastic. Can see it will be well worth the money straight away.

Supa Heater is incredible, totally a game changer if it comes to heating your jacuzzi, mine 850L was 17°C and it took 50min to heat it up to 40°C. Maerk is a gent, and keeping contact woth him at every stage of delivery was great too, especially that I had it coming from UK to ROI. Got my gas adapter and when my Supa Heater arrived i was ready to assemble it and trying it was pure pleasure. Highli recommended to everyone that has jacuzzi/spa.

Great to deal with .Answered all my questions. before buying. well made but a lot of assembly required.

Super Supa Heater! Just bought mine and I love it already it heats my 1500 litre hot tub in no time. Customer service is excellent I'd recommend this product to anyone.

Bought this after looking at reviews and must say it lives up to more than what's on the tin

Mark is supa helpful and responsive, used it for the first time a couple of days ago and raised the temperature from 20 degrees to 40 degrees in well under an hour.

Fantastic service.

All good and so helpful when I phone up about enquiring something would highly recommend this company. To anyone.

We recently purchased a Supa heater and boy was it worth it!
Easy to assemble, easy to work and best of all it does exactly what it was designed to do.
We live in N.Ireland and have oil/coal cental heating and don't have very good competive electricity suppliers, so running a hot tub is very costly. Our last hot tub cost a fortune to run and when it stopped working we didnt replace it due to the costs of running it.
Roll on 3 years, I seen Supa on an Ad on social media and liked what I seen. I did my homework and decided nows the time to purchase a new Hot tub and a Supa Heater.
I cannot believe how fast Supa was at heating the water on the initial set up. The biggest game changer for me is the speed in which it reheats the water. It took 20mins to take it from 35° to 40° and that was heating a 1300 litre tub. Incredible 😲
The service from Mark was out standing!
Anyone thinking about getting one, go for it you'll not regret it.

Wow, what a bit of kit, have been thinking of getting this heater for a while, but kept putting it off, easy purchase seller kept me upto date when it would arrive, easy to build,my hot tub holds around 2000 litres and cost around £10 in electric to heat, but now with this heater it heated it to 38c in 50mins wow what a saving great purchase ,definitely recommend, wish I bought sooner,,

What an amazing heater, very easy to assemble. The u tube assembly video is very good and easily understood. I had a slight problem due to a mix up of the hoses ( my fault entirely) I contacted Mark he responded immediately on a Sunday and had me up and going in a few minutes with my hot tub heated from 19c to 40 in a little over 30 minutes.
I intend to use my hot tub all year round now that I can heat it economically with no more large electric bills, if your sitting on the fence wondering if you can justify the cost of this heater wait no longer because you will recoup the cost of it quickly.
Very happy with my heater and customer service is first class

Brilliant product and communication very good .

Good piece of kit heated my 3 seat hard shell tub from 21 degrees to 40 degrees in 33 min
Impressed well worth waiting for
Now I have disconnected the electric heater

It's a great product to use heats water quickly but the only problem is the the building process it takes a long time and also you have to fit all the gas components together which would be dangerous if not done right for the price you pay you would expect very little work involved.

Mark of SUPA has spared no effort to provide the best service, support and a product that I have ever experienced! The product itself is superb. Engineered to perfection and made of great quality materials. Everything about the SUPA heater exudes quality and it is transformative in terms of what it does and to my knowledge no other hot tub heating system delivers. Water heated to the desired temperature as it is filled or a tub filled with cold water heated up in just over an hour (1000 litre tub). Absolutely brilliant!

Game changing bit of kit supplied by a great team at Supaheater. Top level product and support. Thank you.

Used my supa many many times now. It's brilliant! Simple as that, saves you money! Not only do I use it to heat my spa up, I shower with it before using the spa, im going to give it 5 stars, only thing I hope is it lasts for many years and if it does need servicing or parts, they will be here to do it!
