We've been using the Vortex Haus blower…
We've been using the Vortex Haus blower for leaves and cleaning up our outdoor spaces and we love it! It works with my DeWalt battery which is awesome, no need to buy extra batteries. It's super light and small but still really powerful. We even used it to clean our gutters from the roof and it was so easy to handle up there. Honestly such a handy tool to have around!

Lightweight + easy to use
I love how light weight and easy to use this is! It makes yard clean up that much easier using this handheld, highpowered blower! I was worried with how small it was it wouldn't blow as well but I think it blows better than my old big, heavy leaf blower! I think I'll get my dad one for fathers day!

Excellent customer care
I made a mistake with my order, which I noticed moments after submitting. I contacted customer care by email and Diane responded within the hour to say she had corrected my error. Haven't recieved the goods yet, but customer care (Diane) is excellent.

There was a delay in receiving my order. I checked the company website which gave very clear instructions for inquiries regarding delayed shipments. Diane responded to my email quickly and with a great resolution to our issue. I was incredibly impressed with how Diane, and the company as a whole, handled the situation. And, no joke, the item coincidentally arrived the day after our email exchange! (The shipping tracking info had just not been updated online by the carrier)

A plume of smoke and it's toast
After being bombarded with social media ads for the Turbo Jet DB 2.0 blowers I purchased 2 of them just before Christmas 2025, even though similar blowers were abundant on ebay and Amazon for less than half the price.
They arrived after New year's and I opened only 1 and tried it out with my Milwaukee 6.0 battery. I was impressed with the power but immediately noticed it kills the battery very quick and gets hot in your hand.
April 8, 2026 I used the blower to dry my car after a wash and right as I was finishing up the blower stopped and a plume of red/orange smoke poured out. It got very hot, I pulled the battery off and I put it down. That's it the blower was toast! I
only used it about a dozen times and less than 4 months!
Per Vortexhaus I disassembled the blower to take pictures of the motherboard and Wow! All of the wires were melted off of the motherboard and it got so hot that the motherboard sunk into the plastic where it was mounted, I had to snap it loose. The processor chips were actually melted off of the motherboard.
I contacted Vortexhaus to make a warranty claim and have had the worst experience possible. Over a dozen emails back and forth and Vortexhaus will not provide warranty replacement. I provided my original email order confirmation and all the photos that they requested but they will not send a replacement. At this point I just want a refund and requested that in my last email to them. I still have 1 blower unopened in the wrapper. They arrived late so I did not get to gift it for Christmas. Now they will not respond at all.
Save your money and buy an actual name brand blower like Milwaukee or DeWalt not this battery killing timebomb that will fail and leave you without warranty support and an automatic email support that just gives you the run a round. There is a reason that a phone number is not listed to contact them. If you must have a handheld Chinese made "turbo blower " just buy it on Amazon for half the price. At least Amazon will do returns.

You did everything right. We didn’t.

(3) Free replacement if you still want to try us: If you’re willing to give us another shot, we’ll also ship you a complete replacement at our cost. You can keep or recycle the dead unit and the unopened one – we won’t ask you to do surgery or jump through hoops.
(4) Priority handling: Your case will be fast‑tracked internally so this is resolved quickly and cleanly instead of dragged out over more emails.

Disclosure: Great little blower
Disclosure: I received this product as part of a collaboration. I was skeptical when I received this double jet turbo blower with how lightweight and small it is, but the power this little blower has is amazing. I like that it is compatible with a dewalt battery however, I do wish it worked with other batteries as well. I love the power that it has behind it because it makes cleaning out my garage and shed super easy for spring clean out without having to move everything to get rid of all the dirt and spider webs. The other great thing is it is perfect for little ones to use. My son is 2 and a half and has an absolute field day with using the blower. It helps me with clean up. We have also used it to blow out the dirt in our cars in those hard to reach places. I definitely recommend the blower.

Great product, incredible customer service
Purchased one based on great reviews & battery compatibility. Apparently each battery type has a separate model # wich i didn’t realize. Initially disappointed, i visited the website & received instructions for an exchange. Very customer friendly service. Returned the incorrect model & quickly received the correct model compatible with my Makita batteries. Really glad i did as this thing kicks but in the blowing dept .. still on the fence about ordering one .. relax just get one you wont be disappointed !

I purchased the TurboPro blower online with some hesitation, but trusting their video of comparing other brands of blowers. I had purchased earlier from two other online companies and ended up greatly disappointed. The first purchase had a 5-minute battery life. The second purchase said they offered two ' long-lasting' batteries. Nothing ever came, so Citibank refunded my funds. However, the third time was the charm. Vortex Haus delivered an awesome product. I have a 45-by-65-foot barn with a concrete floor. We retired to the country and love it. The floor would get slippery from sawdust and fine sand that would blow in from time to time. It would be a laborious job to sweep it out, or an exhausting one to carry my heavy blower to blow it out. Now, with this small handheld Turbo Jet blower, I get the job done in around 10 to 15 minutes. Verses the hour plus, taking needed breaks by this very senior citizen. I have also used the Turbo Jet to blow off leaves from our patio. Now a quick five-minute job compared to the heavier blower taking twice that time.

Turbo jet Double-Blow V3
Unlike the long funnel leaf blowers this one is short compact and has super power. Up in northern AZ there are tons of cottonwoods, tumbleweeds, grasses and sand so I used it on land, patios and found it moved elements with ease. Great tool.

Small light but hold on tight
After I purchased my good batteries for this blower, decided to try it out against my Eco blower, which has a rating of 200 mph with a turbo. Button It’s very powerful and I must say the vortex blower was even better than my echo a lot lighter a lot easier to use. I would highly recommend this product.
