Insane value for money
Insane value for money, holiday with accommodation, hire and lift pass was cheaper than buying the lift pass alone. We booked lessons via the website and a glitch meant it only charged us £0 extra, this meant the school didn’t have us showing up on their system so we had to pay, but Sunweb honoured the offer and refunded this in full. Legitimately can’t recommend them enough and have no idea why people book through other vastly more expensive providers

Good deals to be had but ...
I feel I got a good deal for a group ski holiday (bearing in mind the holiday isn't until next January so I guess this review is a little ahead of itself). The booking process can be tricky as the dates I put in tended to reset each time I added a filter. Free lift passes are included and these are the deal breaker on the price and what made us choose it. However 4 if us qualify for senior discount on lift passes and it stated while booking that this discount would be added during the booking process for those eligible. We are definitely eligible as I checked the ages the discount can be applied. When I contacted them to ask about why we didn't get it they said we weren't eligible!!! (They did give a £50 discount in the end...but that's not the point ... )

I have given an honest review regarding the booking experience. I'm not really sure what you are trying to say in your response. Are you trying to suggest that my review is inaccurate. As advised during our chat conversation, some of our packages include lift pass discounts for people above or below a certain age.
For the package you booked, a discount did not apply for your ages.
Discounts are applied if they are applicable for the package you are booking.
When a discount applies, it is noted in the ''view price overview'' step of the booking.
You agreed to the price when you made the booking.
As it was not clear for you that a senior discount did not apply for your package, we added a £50 discount as a goodwill gesture.

Great Tour Operator
I regularly book ski trips with Sunweb. I rate them very highly, their customer service teams are good, they are well organised, and they include your lift passes! the inclusion of the lift passes if why I use their services, allowing our groups to travel independently and still benefit from good accom and lift pass packages.
the reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is that sometimes their reps are not always as available as I'd like them to be. The only thing I need from the reps is to have our lift passes ready for the first morning. Many times I've had to run about a resort to try and find the reps in a bar to get their signatures so we can get our passes first thing.
That is my only small gripe, other than that I enjoy booking with Sunweb and will continue to book with them!

After receiving your travel documents (vouchers) for your next Sunweb holiday, please check if the documents state there is a guide (rep) on site.
If there is,and you want to pick up your vouchers earlier, you can send a whatsapp to the guide on spot to arrange.
Their number is on the destination voucher and they can be reached from the morning of day 1 of your holiday.

Had an amazing last minute ski weekend…
Had an amazing last minute ski weekend to 2 Alps with Sunweb, everthing went so smooth. Including the Airport transfers, Hotel, Ski Hire, Lift Pass and location was spot on perfect.
Would highly recommend SunWeb and will be booking again for next year with mates

Excellent travel organiser
I’ve just booked my 6th ski trip with Sunweb. They offer an excellent selection of accommodation- I’ve tended to book 4 and 5 star hotels on half board in Ischgl, Mayrhofen and Zell am See. All have been as described and generally good value. The ability to make late changes is useful.
