*Dangerous Airport Transfer*
The airport transfer service used by sunweb is dangerous and does not meet passenger safety standards. There were not enough seats in the Taxi bus for the number of passengers on the transfer. We were asked to squeeze 17 passengers into 16 seats. When we refused due to safety standards and lack of seatbelts, the driver refused to take us to the airport until we all complied and he actually tried to man-handle people out of seats. Passengers eventually relented in order to get their flights.
During the journey, the driver proceeded to drive at excessively dangerous speeds and recklessly overtook other vehicles on blind bends - a huge disregard shown for the number of passengers now without seatbelts. It was literally terrifying!
We were also picked up over 7hrs before our flight time meaning we had a lovely 5hr wait at the airport before our flight. - I was told this was because they wanted to collect us with a group on an earlier flight - always good to see company profits prioritised before customer safety and satisfaction!
You couldn't pay me to take another airport transfer through this company.

Organised everything for our ski trip…
Organised everything for our ski trip to les 2 alpes. Our accommodation was amazing. There was a mix up with our booking for snowboard lessons (due to an error on the booking site) but this was sorted out by an advisor as soon as I contacted them. Everything was well communicated and just as expected.

Poor service and after service!! Company is shameful
Unfortunately only 2 starts as company cant be bothered to reply to customer complaints which suggest they dont really care about customer experience and opinion. Disappointing
Also please make sure you check the cancellation details before booking..
After received poor reply from customer aftercare I have reduced my review to 1 star!
I recommend you to book with the company that takes accountability for poor service rather than blame everything else!!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. This is the 3rd year of booking our ski trip with sunweb and they never disappoint. We are currently looking at booking with them again next year. Incorrect room descriptions and shocking customer!
Dont book with the company! Hotel states the room is for 4 people. Sunweb booked 5 of us into this tiny room even though the hotel has told them its not suitable! We had suitcases in walkways and on the balcony and still couldnt move. No help from customer service at all. Checked out straight away and found our own accommodation. Wont offer any refund for the room we couldnt stay in and i have paid for the other room myself!
