Getting solar was great , Sunrun makes it very easy. My sales rep was always there to answer questions I had UNTIL the unexpected $3,300 bill from PGE comes months later after your system has been up and running. The bill was for a transformer upgrade that Sunrun said I needed but they advised me that they would take care of any costs associated with the upgrade. I tried to reach out to my sales rep for questions, no response !!! Be warned , Sunrun is dirty !! Aside from that , having solar has definitely offset my PGE bills …

The SunRun team we dealt with kept us informed each and every step of the way. Communication was frequent and responsive; even external communication with the town and Eversource went smoothly. No matter how many questions I had, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. When I was unsure and asked for a reference, I received one quickly and then the reference further answered my questions. Shoutouts to Calin, Jose, and Katie!!

Inital installation went great
Inital installation went great. Follow up was also very good. Phone Calls I made with questions about solar system performance was very good and helpful. Panel cleaning was a huge benefit. Overall Sunrun has been a great company to deal with.

The people I delt with seemed very professional and everyone from the initial sale to installation seemed very knowledgeable. The only hiccup was the local utility - they work on their own timeline.
The offer came just as the electric rates jumped due to the war. We will have to see if the gamble on my end is good or bad.

Sales person Natalie was awesome but...
Sales person Natalie was awesome but I have to mention 1 star loss is because of the nearly 2 months it took for service people to come and fix a problem they caused. I was out of commission, no power produced for nearly 4 month on a freshly installed system hardly 2 months into the service start.
