It was a year ago yesterday that I pushed the button to start my battery and turn my solar panels and battery storage on. From start to finish every person I encountered at Sunrun was helpful, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
I just recommended Sunrun to a friend who just moved into a new house in Silver Spring, MD as the go to company for a solar system install.

The installers were very professional, and very friendly to our family while getting their work done. If I have any questions they get back to me right away. I would like to know how oftain my battery loads to the grid.

Sales Rep did not fully disclose all costs, making it appear we were saving money by going with Sunrun Solar. We will now be paying more per month. The job
Installation cree was great. The people who plan the job need more training. The one thing that I’m concerned about is my solar panel panels were filthy dirty and I was told just to spray them off and they’re still filthy dirty and I’m not too sure they’re generating as much power if they were clean.
