Sunrun Omdömen 

Overall experience with Sunrun has been very good. System was installed in Spring 2024 and has been operating reliably without issues. Solar production has stabilized my electricity costs and we are not impacted by NatGrid rate hikes. And that is truly remarkable.

I signed up for Sunrun in March. Everything was fully installed by May, so it should have been turned on in June. Unfortunately due to a series of paperwork mistakes I'll be lucky if it gets turned on in October. The construction workers who did the hardware are fantastic. The guys behind the scene with the paperwork really dropped the ball

Lowest electric bill in years!!! Delivered what they promised. Great people to walk you through every step.

Sunrun was very professional from our first meeting through completion. They were very efficient and the installers were so neat. We highly recommend Sunrun.

To new customers. Before you sign up for Sunrun solar company beware of this situation. My solar system went down after 4 years due to a faulty inverter. Sunrun asked me to sign $700 plus $2300 to fix an inverter which is still under manufacturer warranty. A new inverter only cost $1300 and labor costs $350 . They made me sign $700 initially for labor promising to fix it to 100%, then changed said it only for diagnosis (I already did it myself). They then asked me to sign $2300 (which I refused ) to replace the inverter without saying it is still under warranty (I found it myself by contacting SolarEdge who agreed to send me a replacement)
Conclusion This company is a rip-off and liar who preys on naive customers.

I have been a customer of Sunrun for several years. Since it was installed I have nothing but problems. I will give them credit when the technicians come out, the problem us usually resolved promptly. That is where my complaints end.

If you call the call center, you grt someone in India that will lie to you and ignore your concerns. I had to argue with the woman for over 45 minutes to get a supervisor. She consistently told me that she did not have a supervisor. When i finally got connected to a supervisor, my issue was resolved quickly. I should not have to soend 45 minutes begging for a supervisor.

I purchased a Telsa battey in lieu of purchasing a generator. I was told at the tome of purchase that if I lost power, the battery would kick on immediately, LIE. 1 hour after losing power, still no power and the battery was at at least 70 percent before power failure.

A few years ago, I was getting crazy electrical bills, the system that they supposedly monitor was not. Working all summer. I had to call the CEO of the company to get a resolution. I would not recommend Sunrun to anyone! Definitely research other businesses out there, not worth the money!!!

The representative was very knowledgeable and patient.

Staff and workers.

The entire staff (sales, management, installation, customer service, etc.) has represented Sunrun exceptionally well ! Everyone was very courteous and understanding, knowledgeable, and, professional !
