Most Months I Have No Electricity Bill
The right number of panels were installed and together with the battery discharge back to the grid gives me enough credits that most months I don't have any electricity bill. With the sky high price of electricity lately, I am extremely satisfied with Sunrun! Great staff and service too!

I have had a Costco/Sunrun system since about 2021
I have had a Costco/Sunrun system since about 2021 and have found them to be sturdy, reliable and efficient - no problems. I have not had to pay for electricity since they kicked in. (I pay about $25/month for the ConEd connection.) I store up power over the warm sunny months and use my "saved power" from about October to March when I'm not generating as much as I use. Have not run out yet. I would highly recommend them.

New App Is Great
New app makes generation info easy to check. My system is underperforming, likely due to shade from trees that have grown since the assessment. SunRun is keeping to its commitment to credit my account for the underperformance. Customer service, when needed, has been prompt and professional.

Many problems owing to the age of our San Francisco building. I feared the electricians would give up. But they persisted and for all these many years the system has worked flawlessly.
