The day of install the crew was on time. They were very professional & explained everything that they were doing. It was quite impressive to watch. These guys knew what they were doing. They left the property just as they found it. We haven’t received our first electric bill yet but we are excited to see the savings. Parker & Shawn were the ones that came out to talk to us about getting solar panels installed. They are very nice young men & we really enjoyed talking to us. They are very knowledgeable & answered probably one hundred questions😭 I would definitely recommend Sunrun.

They just want your MONEY!
Sunrun purchased my solar system from Vivint and my warranty is good until 2029, Now my Solaredge Hub is not connected to the WiFi so I cannot connect the app to see if it’s outputting correctly? I contacted Sunrun and they want to charge me $700 to send a technician out to troubleshoot the issue? Or they want to charge me $500 a year for warranty service!!!! WHAT A RIPOFF!

Sunrun solar panels with Tesla battery backup power technology was installed and on line within 2 months. The backup power worked perfectly during the 14 hour power outage that we experienced on October 16th.

The associated representatives involved in this endeavor were very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable in their respective fields. The overall clean-up of operations were Fair! However, the only issue of concern was the lack of a "tutorial," explaining how to check the status of my unit (energy gain,loss, etc.); which was supposed to be discussed at the completion of the installation. Nonetheless, my overall experience was great!
