I ordered a package 12 business days ago. After purchase it says their end takes 2-5 business days to process then 1-3 days to ship. I had to email them just to ask why my package was never shipped. This holiday season was financially tough on me and it’s one of the very few thoughtful gifts I could get my girlfriend. When she opened the gift I was going to tell her I loved her for the first time with a note I wrote after she used the gift, on Christmas morning, they ruined that. Horrible service overall. Would not recommend buying from them unless you have time to do it 1-2 months in advance. First time I’ve ever written a review in my life, pretty pathetic on their end.

Purchased a custom made calendar…
Purchased a custom made calendar keyring to mark the anniversary of me and my fiance. It took three weeks (the maximum stated time) before the product got shipped to me. i then had to wait an extra two and a half weeks for it to reach me. I was away during that time but there was someone at home available so it could be collected. when i returned home i discovered that nothing had arrived, i checked the tracking site online to find that the product had been marked as delivered. i contacted their customer service email and got no response, i had to resort to paypal (my payment method) to get a response from them to which they told me i would have to pay again for the product if i wanted it. the price was $50, no refund was offered at all.
