DISGUSTING!! LIARS!! CHEATS!! If only I had seen these reviews before I bought from them!! Sent me the wrong items, delayed my actual item by 4 months, sporadic and nonsensical responses to my emails and messages. Not based in Maryland, US, but China! And the necklace which arrived last week, and cost £70 is so badly made, it wont remain closed, when it should, and the metalwork is shoddy! Now how will my wife take it!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY - but I dont know where one would begin.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service I have ever received. I am still waiting for my order for 4 months. When I email them they don’t reply or they say that the order is still in transit. They also do not cancel the order or give a refund. This is a cheat company and I would suggest never buying from them.

I ordered a necklace months ago and haven't received it. The company sends me notifications that the item is in transit to the United States even though the tracking number shows that the item is still in China.
In short, don't buy from Sunflower Jewels.

This company is horrible!
This company is horrible in how they handle their customers. I ordered back in March of 2020 and they sent me the wrong thing twice. Now they are not responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU AND NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS.!

Do not make the mistake of ordering from this place. Placed order Dec 2019. I've been waiting 4 months for my order and only to receive notice today that my items will be replaced as its expected to be lost in transit.
Not willing to refund as well.

Received bogus email from this company pretending to be PayPal. Con artist/thief! Do not buy from these thieves.

Clearly I don't have an account, you said so yourself...stop sending me emails!!! Especially with PayPal logos on them!

Slow and evasive in filling as well as shipping orders. Use stall tactics then generated a tracking # without ever giving it to the shipper. Email responses short and offensive. DO NOT BUY. Ordered on Jan 29th and today is Feb 6th still haven't shipped. I don't believe they have the items they are selling in stock. If you order, I warned you.

This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever! I bought my daughter ring for Christmas which I left in the pacage so she could open it on Christmas Day. When she opened it, the ring was broken. When I contacted customer service, they told me it was to late and they wouldn't be replacing it. Stay away!

My teenage son ordered a necklace for a birthday present in good faith from these scam artists! Received this horrendous, cheap, broken piece of garbage! It's yellow painted plastic! They do not refund, had the nerve to send another cheap of garbage. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

BAD QUALITY ITEMS, DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU
Bought 2 necklaces from that brand and the quality is so poor that after one shower, the metal turned red. Beforehand, I messaged them asking if it was gold plated and they even had the nerve to say yes. When I complained about it, they said that they couldn't do anything. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT BRAND!

Ordered the Belle rose ring back in…
Ordered the Belle rose ring back in June and we are now in August. According to their tracking, the package was delivered "successfully" but I have never seen it. If I want an additional ring, I still have to pay for shipping, mind you, I already paid $30 AND they are NOT flexible enough to send it to my work address instead. Seems like not only their products are trash, so is their customer service. Never again will I buy through them.

I’ve purchased an anklet bracelet early this week and to my surprise it came in as little as 2 days. The product came in a gold packaging and is exactly what I ordered. The anklet is more on the expensive side, but I am happy with my purchase. I will be purchasing in the future.

Bad quality item and service!
I ordered a custom keychain and online it says it will take 10-20 business days to deliver. After about 2 months of no updates I emailed them my concerns. They stopped replying to my emails a month later. It wasn’t till after 4 months I received my item! And the quality was not worth what I paid for. The metal seemed very cheap like plastic. I would not recommend buying anything from here!
