This site is overpriced and TRASHY, i ordered their galaxy forever rose thinking it would be made out of actual MATERIAL, boy was i wrong, what i got was some tacky rose made out of flimsy paper that i could have made myself!! This website is a complete SCAM and i absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. Also lets not even begin on how long the products take to come. This site should be taken down for false advertisement.

I am happy with the product i received it was a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it!

Ordered the hedgehog necklace and it took ages to arrive and when it finally arrived, it was all tangled up! In fact, I'm still trying to detangle it and although the hedgehog wasn't supposed to be big, it's absolutely puny!! Can hardly even see it! Very disappointed. This is a total rip off! Spent $68 for a tangled up necklace and can hardly even notice the hedgehog it's so small! This is an absolute disgrace.

Ordered a rose and sunflower necklace took 3 weeks to arrive and the necklace didn’t even turn up.
When messaged the seller was told to wait patiently still waiting been 6 weeks now.
Tried to leave a review on their website they didn’t let me.

This company is trash. I waited a month and a half for a ring that was "pre-order", which basically meant they needed to wait for the shipment from China. The finish/color on the ring I ordered wore off in two days time, that's with just normal everyday activities. Ring was removed before showers and cleaning hands. I contacted the company asking for a refund ($30 roughly) and they offered to ship a replacement (why would I want that), or store credit to purchase another trash China made garbage ring. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I was trying to get a keychain for one of my friends who had wanted it and admiring it for a very long time. I was going to get it for them for Christmas so I ordered it a couple weeks before hand hoping I'd have time to wrap it. I just received it. The quality isn't bad, the packaging however was pretty terrible even the jewelry bag it came in is poor quality.

Way overpriced AND my item never showed up. Luckily I got a refund from paypal. The site themselves ignored my emails. Scammers.

Ordered item a month before Christmas. It's March 9th. Still haven't received. No response to request for refund of money. Going to have to escalate. Buyer beware

First, my order took about a week longer than expected to be shipped. Then USPS lost the package, apparently? Then sunflower jewels never refunded me or sent a replacement item. On top of all that, they were rude as hell and took forever to respond through email. Don’t waste your time.

I’m considering reporting them to the FTC.

I bought a ring for my girlfriend on Feb 6, 2019 and was told that i would receive it within 2-5 days. Never got It in the mail so I messaged them to confirm what’s going on. I was then told that it’s a pre order item and that I’ll be getting a tracking number on 2/25/19. Still never got anything and the only response that I got from the company is to wait a little longer and if I had any concerns then to message them again. Still after messaging right after, I never got a response back. Terrible company, it’s a scam.

Extremely slow shipping. Website said to expect 20 business days for processing, shipping and delivery. On the 22nd day, I reached out and it took days to get a reply. They couldn’t confirm when it would ship...only saying it would ship soon. I replied 2x asking for a refund. They won’t issue a refund and instead sent a shipping notice on 3/6. Terrible company.

If I could give 0 stars I wpuld. Ordered on 1/25. It said 3 to 5 days to ship out. I still have yet to get my ring. Asked multiple times for a refund. Only for them to say " it will ship soon " PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!

We ordered a bracelet on 12/5 as a Christmas gift. It didn't arrive until after Christmas. The best they could say is that: "There has been a delay from the carrier's end. Please allow them a couple of days to deliver your package and be rest assured you will receive it soon." It was finally delivered 12/28. It was worn once and broke at the connection between the jewels. After contacting them about it, we were told "We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Since, the bracelet has been broken after while using it. Thus, we cannot provide you with a replacement. The best we can provide you with a 15% discount code for the next purchase. Please let us know if you are interested." Needless to say, we were not interested. We are also not interested in doing business with a company with such poor customer service and isn't willing to stand behind their products. If you are wanting poor quality items, horrible customer service and a crappy experience, use Sunflowers Jewels, otherwise save your money and sanity and go anywhere else.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend ordered me something over a month ago and it says it was delivered to CA when the shipping address clearly states OH. I have demanded a refund time and time again and they keep saying to wait and have patience.
My boyfriend is in the army and is unable to handle this situation for himself at this time, they are taking advantage of a US army officer and his time spent doing his duty.
I will be reporting them to the FTC and working with them to receive a refund if they don’t do it on their own. This is theft.

I got the rose necklace and it was amazing :') took 5 days to deliver but that's fine. Worth the wait :D

Wish I could rate 0 freaking stars!!! Don’t waist your money or time! They are a sham and this is a scam! My husband ordered me a ring back in December to be here by February. Still haven’t received it. They won’t email him back. They won’t refund his money! They won’t even send us a shipping or tracking email!!! Order never filled or shipped!!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!!! Never Ever Recommend!!!! Their Customer Service is Email!!!! Don’t waste your time or money. You’ll never get your product!!!

I ordered a package over a MONTH ago and it still has not been shipped! I’ve contacted them several time in which they have told me to kindly wait and it will be shipped ASAP. They sent that to me 4 times and still haven’t even shipped my package. Every time I ask to speak with some type of manager or supervisor I never speak to one. I even tryed to cancel my order and get a refund but they will not respond to me. I ordered this item December 22nd and today is February 1st. At one point they offered me a lousy 15% off my next purchase when in reality there will never be anything ordered from them again from me! I expect to get my package and my money to be refunded due to this nonsense! This company is horrible and I am starting to think they are nothing but a scam! I would not suggest anyone to order from here unless they want to wait months for it to arrive.

I haven't received an confirmation #. Called the phone number and there is no answer.

Not sure about the other reviews but I'm so happy with my purchase. I ordered the calendar keychain as a christmas gift and it arrived on time. Would recommend to anyone, specially this item
