Difficult to roll back up
I really loved how it turned out. My only complaint is it is extremely difficult to roll the film strip back up.

I purchased a keychain roll from them. I also got scammed into purchasing their “vip” which meant they’ll handle my item ASAP. It sent way passed their expected ship out date even when I kept messaging them. Customer service is trash. Go somewhere else

Long shipping and overpriced.
Shipping took way too long. Took more than a month to get to me, and it wasn’t even international. On top of that. The product I bought was $30, and the same thing on Amazon is only $10-$15. However, the quality of the product is good. But, if you want to buy this, get it on Amazon. You’ll get it faster and cheaper.

Awful product and company.
My girlfriend ordered a pendant and when it arrived it was rubbish. After contact she was offered a refund or replacement and she asked for the latter against my judgement. We have contacted on social media but as soon as the conversation starts it stops, and we have tried via email and on their site bit no response. If I see on FB I make sure my comments are added. I would advise not buying.

Worst Customer Service Ever - Nightmare
Basically I ordered 3 stuff from them: 1-Initial Anklet. 2- Galaxy Flower Rose. 3-Personalized Calendar Keychain.
Let us start first with the terms & conditions. It is clearly stated in the website and the bill that international shipments could take up to 2-6 weeks, which is fine. I respect the rules. So I based my plan considering the worst case scenario which is 6 weeks to be in the safe side. I had two special occasions to celebrate (Wife birthday day and anniversary) and you know how women sometimes get emotional when it comes to such type of occasions.
So I order the gifts mid of June 2020 and guess what, I didn't receive the package until end of September!! and I received only 2 items; one of them was already damaged!! The third item was received during October! (additional delay). Therefore, I was forced to re-arrange my plan and look for other alternatives since there was no feedback from the customer service.
They didn't inform me that the package will be delayed. Also, until this moment, I didn't receive any feedback from them regarding my damaged item!
I am so devastated and dissapointed now. I wish I knew about this website before dealing with them. I mean you can see clearly that their overall rating is bad. There is no way that all these customers will not tell the truth.
Save you time & money, don't deal with them.

Do not buy from this company!!! I ordered an anklet at the end of April and still have never received it. I expected a little extra time because it was straight in the middle of COVID-19, but I still never got it and even emailed the company last week and still have never heard back from them.
