My bike was stolen for the second time…
My bike was stolen for the second time after it was replaced by Sunday despite having locked it securely in a safe area (three cut the lock). It has only been 6 months since the last replacement by Sunday and they still took care of the replacement smoothly. I would recommend everyone to always have a policy with Sunday for the peace of mind.

No complaints so far. Use of the website was straight forward. Competitive prices and good level of cover. Brand new bike so hopefully I won’t need to use the cover but if I do, fingers crossed it will be as easy.

If there was a sixth star you’d get it.
I went through the claims process in late summer (post burglary) and was hugely impressed by the professionalism and speed of the claims team. Claim accepted in hours and replacement ordered in a matter of days. Roll forward a few months, my new bike is being delivered tomorrow. A few WhatsApp messages and within 20mins I have new coverage in place for a great price.

Difficulties setting up policy
Setting up my policy with Sundays Bike Insurance turned out to be more complicated than expected. Due to the company incorrectly entering my contact details, I had to make several calls just to get everything sorted. Each time I reached out, I had to repeat the issue, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Once the policy was finally in place, the coverage seemed fine—but the onboarding process definitely needs improvement. A smoother setup and better attention to detail would make a big difference.

Excellent. 5-star service from start to finish
From setting up the insurance policy to having to make a claim and achieving a full settlement of the amount due, the service I received from Laure and her colleagues was excellent all the way through.
I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing bike insurance.

Changes in Renewal Policy and new bikes
Changes in Renewal Policy and new bikes
I was concerned that if I changed my bikes the premiums wouldn't change to reflect new bikes and sale of old bikes.
The member of the team who I spoke to helped a lot in clarifying the position and setting up a altered policy to cover the new bikes. Once the old bikes are sold the policy will reflect that and charges will be pro rata.
