I joined SubTo In Sep 2025 and OC in March 2026. The leadership, the community and all the challenges that Pace brings are keeps you motivated keep going and provides so much value. Overall a great community with lots of community members that are willing to help and collaborate with!

The level of integrity, organization, and support in the SubTo community is simply astonishing... and it seems to continue to get stronger all the time! I'm impressed by the scope of vision and teamwork that is displayed by the leaders, and their dedication to helping others. I'm inspired to learn more and become part of this team.

SubTo has really changed my life. The mindset shift alone that I have received from this mentorship has far more worth than any deal I have closed. SO grateful I saw Pace speaking at an event in Orlando back in 2023. So glad I was curious about what the heck this man with a peace sign on his hat was talking about when he said “find the bunnies” in his speech. So glad I took a bet on myself and all the generations to come after me and have done the thing and joined a lifetime community of amazing individuals. If you are on the fence about joining this community, I really hope my testimony has helped you. DO IT!

Access to training, conversations, meet ups and deals for an incredible range of asset classes and specifically how they relate to creative finance. It is what you make it and as life ebbs and flows with what time one may be able to invest in this direction, the platform will be there. I have a huge appreciate for the team, the bonuses and that it is NOT a subscription based community, you are in for life. Good value despite the high entry cost as long as you can put in the time and effort.

The culture of this community is phenomenal. Being apart of this community truly feels like family. You’re able to grow and achieve your goals without judgement. The support is incredible and unwavering.

I joined this community in 2021 and have witnessed the amazing growth and development first hand. It has sincerely been life changing. The education portion is incomparable to anything I have ever seen. As a member you have lifetime access to ever growing information of all things real estate investment, from A to Z. The good stuff though is the real world deals and opportunities that come from this community. Learning can only get you so far, but with a sea of investors who actually collaborate and help each other, there have been hundreds of thousands of deals done, if not more, and I have personally done a ton of them. Pace is genuine, kind, and no BS leader that will help you and inspire you to get off your butt and change your life. I will forever be great full for this community and the impact it has had on my life.

SubTo has been way more than just a real estate community for me. Of course the education around creative finance and investing is incredible, but the biggest impact has honestly been the relationships and connections I’ve built along the way.

I’ve met so many motivated, genuine people who are all trying to grow and help each other win. It doesn’t feel competitive or gatekept — people actually share knowledge, support each other, and celebrate wins together.

Since joining, I’ve grown not only in business but also personally. Being around ambitious people every day changes your mindset and pushes you to think bigger.

The resources available are amazing, almost too much information. But there are really great leaders in the group to help you focus and point you in the right direction and support you throughout.

I've been in Subto for about a week and I can truly say as an intermediate investor who thought I knew it all that I was truly wrong.
