My experience so far is the sharing of the greatest community members knowledge and experience as they collaborate with each other. I'm so grateful to be a part of this awesome community!!

The Subto community is like a universe for investors. There is so much information provided and so many people to connect with on deals. I have learned so much regarding subto, seller financing and lending. Pace continues to give his time and knowledge to the community. I am so glad I joined Subto.

I was fortunate to attend an in person training in Arizona and was so impressed witht the quality and comprehensiveness of the training and services provided to members of the community. The incredible warmth of the staff and all the participants made everyone feel welcome and supported. I work for a global kindness foundation and was amazed at how this whole organization personified kindness and collaboration, providing an environment that is supportive of everyone's success. I feel incredible gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of this community as I embark on new adventures and a new career.

I am a member of SUBTO and Gator and it has been an amazing journey so far. I look forward to attending many events and becoming more and more connected with the community!!!

Subto has provided me with an opportunity to start my life over and face the challenges that have often overcome me. I have met so many from this community. They have been a blessing to my life and I'd like to think I am providing a similar value. The training (although a lot) has been providing me with the skills I've needed to navigate through. However, the biggest asset by far has been the interaction with those more experienced and advanced than me. You in many ways have been an inspiration and light house of sorts for me.

With prior experience in Real Estate when I heard Pace on YouTube, I had a sense that Pace is the Real Deal honestly caring about others well being and prosperity to succeed in life. I can see and hear is heart for others, which is unfortunately rare in our society. Money is a necessary resource to build and enjoy life more abundantly, but the love of money is the root of all evil. That kind of love, which is not love at all, but the god of evil greed, horrifically tears down and crushes the lives of others to get what it wants for self-gratification at the expense of the lives of others. I don't see that in Pace, which is truly refreshing and he teaches, shares these principals, which I also believe and teach. This is a person I can respect and honor. He brings and give valuable information and encourages healthy caring community. Its just what the Doctor ordered for my life to share with others. My heart is to help others succeed in life, that why I came onboard with SubTo. Great Leadership!

One of the best programs out there, if not the best.... When you sign up for this program, you are signing up for a community that has the willingness and the desire to support you at every level. I have signed up for many mentorship programs in the past, but it is this one membership that emphasizes your development, both mentally and financially. Here, you do not just come into a program, you come into a community where the knowledge and support are continual and beyond what you can believe. If you want to take action or need to take action, this is a great place to start or scale.... and have fun with new friends while doing it.

I've been part of the subto community since 2024 and its been nothing short of amazing. I had previously been in the mortgage business 20 years ago. The content I've learned I had no idea having been in the industry.
In subto, you are business for yourself but not by yourself.

SubTo has been an amazing support, guide with so much knowledge in creative financing and so much more. The program is very organized, professional and down-to-earth fun with the upmost respect in business success.

It has been great experience. A lot of knowledge being passed around and what's so great is that in this community everyone helps everyone.

Greetings - I joined Subto a little less than a week ago in order to learn more about real estate even with no previous experience. I was attracted to the community aspect of Subto and having others around me to help and support me thru all phases and not rely just on 1 person/leader. My main goal is to break free from the employee mindset and create my own legacy for my family and I. I look forward to this journey and excited to be apart of Subto community.

Best real estate group there is out there.

We got our first deal within hours of joining the group and closed on a RV park after just 3 months of being in the group.

Joining SubTo Community is one of the best decision I have made. The opportunities that Pace offers to this group is unmatched.
