Being part of Subto has opened up a whole new world of real estate investing for my wife and me. The SubTo community has been awesome!! I just officially joined a few weeks ago. It's a vibe! Friendly people who are willing to help me feel welcomed and be successful have reached out. There are many ways everyone stays connected via FB and Zoom live videos. Watching live phone calls with sellers or brokers have been awesome. Joined up near the end of April 2026. As of now I am working with many of my own issues and challenges.
4 weeks in and I have to say, I am so far out of my comfort zone, that the only way I can put it is a midlife crisis. Aside from all the unique challenges my confessions for experiences, have helped me grow more than i can understand at this point. I want to feel the High that they all talk about. I HAVE and I WILL continue to commit my time and effort 1 hr at a time. There is so much content, I have yet to go through even a small amount of it. I would say that during my first few weeks and encounters have been minimal, but rewarding. Onboarding was easy and very friendly, easy to work with, MSA connected, helps me stay on course. Even though i have yet to close a deal, I can truly feel that I can get the help i will require if i just keep putting effort into it.

Wow honestly I don’t even know were to start, back when SubTo first open I received a call to join I wanted to so bad I ended up waiting until 2021 to join one of the best decisions I ever made I already closed deals from other SubTo members and even bought my primary house from someone in SubTo that wholesaled it to me. The reason this community is the best is PACE don’t ever stop he is giving he truly wants everyone to succeed I can literally write a book on this community thanks pace we all Appreciate you.
