Terrible customer service my parcel was dumped in my garden and stolen in which I got In touch with the customer service and they told me to get InTouch with the police so I did and they gave me a log number so I emailed the company back and they told me they can't issue a refund without the goods been sent back discusting! £65 down 👎
Also there workers are nowt but gobby cows arguing the fact over and over on Facebook that basically they won't do anything for me! So U professional

Terrible customer service. My items never arrived, so I put the payments on hold while I contacted the company to find out what had happened. The items were for a holiday, and after waiting two weeks for a next-day delivery, I was left with no explanation.

I was told they couldn’t issue a refund or arrange delivery because they would deal directly with the company I paid through. My email didn’t receive a proper response, and I was made to feel as though I didn’t deserve an explanation as their customer.

I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’ll be making sure my friends and family know about my experience.

I ordered a coat within 2 days of wearing it the pocket has a hold in it for 85 pound it should not have a rip in it already will not be ordering anything again

There should be a zero rating. Literally seconds after purchasing a coat I emailed customer service and asked if my order could be amended as I ordered the wrong size. I was then told it wasn’t possible because staff ‘work really fast’. A week after, still no coat and I was sent a refund email with no explanation as to why and no apology.

Soft cream bomber jacket has a thick black zip which can't be seen on website pictures. Also the exact same jacket is sold on Amazon for £16.00 while Styledup are selling it for £32.00. They also do not offer free returns therefore I had to pay over £7 to return 1st class tracked with royal mail.
Really disappointed

Terrible experience with this company. They completely mishandled my return and refunded me less money than I was actually owed. I also had to pay £15 out of my own pocket to return the items, as they do not cover return costs, which makes returning anything unnecessarily expensive and difficult.

Their customer service has been extremely unhelpful, unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. On top of that, considering how expensive the items are, the quality is shocking. Some of the clothes had an unpleasant smell, and the fabric/colour even rubbed off and stained my fingers when touched.

I expected much better for the prices they charge. I definitely would not recommend this company based on my experience. Be very careful when ordering and returning items, and check your refund carefully.

Delivered faster than expected which can only be a good thing. I was kept updated with notifications ony parcel.

There is no customer service because quite clearly there are no human beings working in customer service at Styledup. I am locked in an automated loop, I need a refund, I sent my package back and all they will say is "we refunded you check with your bank" which I've done and can confirm they have not sent the refund but you can't get passed the bot.

The stuff I got was great quality exactly like the photos and fast delivery

Ordered a certain tracksuit from here via TikTok & paid £2.99 delivery (fine) only to be sent the wrong tracksuit, returned free of charge via TikTok & re ordered through there website paid another £2.99 delivery to then receive the same INCORRECT tracksuit… messaged to try get a resolution & extremely hard work & now having to pay for a return when this was no fault of mine. No organisation or management clearly checking parcels or monitoring complaints.

I purchased a coat from styled up and it was faulty in multiple places. They do not refund you fully including postage even when the item it FAULTY!

When you raise a complaint via email, it just gets ignored.
Rubbish customer service

Zero stars from me avoid this company customer service skills not existent place 2 orders in February both which were sent back and they are still refusing to refund me sending me lies saying they have refunded me when they haven’t absolutely disgusting avoid at all cost nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS

Shocking. Bought a coat for my daugjter for christmas. Should of been 95 quid. Fortunately didn't pay that much. After wearing a handful of times it's fit for nothing. Asked to send it back to be looked at and was told no. If its after 14 days it's tough. Its been 8 weeks and she has worn it 3 times. Shocking quality and customer service were really unhelpful.

I think ‘Styled up’ need to be a bit more sensitive when sending out emails.

Ordered a coat for £85 paid £90 in total to cover the Delivery but when I opened my package they had sent me the completely Wrong Coat to what I ordered. I sent an email and was told to send it back and they would send the correct one out. Cost me £7.50 to send it back. Next I get an email stating I’m getting refunded £85. So I’ve spent £12.50 on delivery charges and ended up with no coat. However looking at some of these reviews I think I’m lucky I even got some of my money back! Will not be spending my hard earned money here again..

Unhelpful customer service, I paid to return my order as it was to short to the address provided, I tracked it and they received it 2 days later, it’s been over 2 1/2 weeks and I’m not getting anywhere with a refund 😡 I don’t recommend buying from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Order a coord prior to Christmas and when it arrived it had a faulty zip. Trying to return was a nightmare as communication is poor and they are still refusing to provide a full refund for the shipping costs and also reimbursement for the cost of return. This is a clear breach of the consumer rights act.

It is now Feb and I'm still trying to resolve

They do not care and honestly, the quality of the clothes are not worth your time.
