I ordered a trapstar coat and it was very clearly fake so i tried to return it and they would reply to me ever 3 days and would not give me information and they said they would pay for the sure fees of the coat but they didn’t so now i’m getting the coat back and i am unable to return it.

This is not a completely fair review on our business.
We provided clear return instructions to yourself and your parcel was underpaid when sent to our warehouse, although we don't usually cover return expenses our team offered to pay the fee on your behalf should you provide us with the reference number, which wasn't provided.
We also asked you for any indicators of your item being fake, which we also didn't get. We are a legitimate business selling only authentic streetwear and activewear. Most the items we stock are new season and don't even have replicas on the market.
We highly encourage doubtful customers such as yourself to check out our new season Trapstar range which will have a QR Certilogo label inside you can use to verify authenticity yourself. These certilogo's are impossible for any replica manufacturers on earth to pass of as real.
Excellent all round service
Excellent all round service - quick delivery - however the original item was too small (our fault) - but they happily exchanged with a quick response and turn round (even kept the Black Friday deal saving).
Kept in touch throughout via email - letting us know the progress of the order and exchange.
Cant fault them - they were excellent from order to delivery - would defo buy again and recommend.

I ordered a black/red trapstar jacket on 27th November.
Its the 16th of December right now and they haven't even sent the coat yet, i am really disappointed due to the fact that it said there was a 5-8 day delivery and its been over 3 weeks and it hasn't even been sent out btw i live in the uk so i dont see why it should take so long.
They gave my package to royal mail today but it still took them 3 weeks to do that and im still probley not gonna get it soon.

Took longer but received everything
I was a bit scared when i saw all the negative reviews but my experience was good! I have received an email that they dispatched it but after one week of nothing i reached out to them. On that afternoon they gave the package to the royal mail and answered me in the evening. In the following days I received my order!

According to the information provided on your website, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days; however, my order has not yet been dispatched.
Additionally, I have attempted to reach out via Instagram direct message, but I have not received a reply. I would like to advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchases from your company, as my experience has led to significant delays and a lack of communication.
In contrast, I have had positive experiences with other merchants, such as 'No Sauce Plug,' who typically deliver within a week. Given that I have spent over £200 on this tracksuit, I find the current level of service to be unsatisfactory.

Very quick even on black friday
Ordered a trapstar windbreaker on the 29th November which is black friday and then it arrived on the 3rd of December which is incredibly quick to day that included the weekend. Fits very nice and packaged amazingly. Also have very good pricing. Will be telling people about strt sply!

My son placed an order on 12th November, got an email on 27th saying it had been dispatched via Royal Mail 24hr service, with tracking number. As the order still hasn’t been received, he checked the tracking details. Royal Mail are still waiting to receive it!! My son sent 2 emails querying where his delivery is, both ignored completely. Therefore I myself have sent 2 more emails, I am yet to receive any response. Shocking customer service, my teenage son had saved up for this item, valued at £170. He cannot afford to lose this amount of money, & I am so unimpressed by the lack of response to any of our emails.

I’ve ordered a Trapstar jacket on the 18th November and still haven’t received it. They said it will take 5-8 working days for me to receive it however it’s past that and nothing has came.I’ve been sending numerous emails to them but no response.it says they despatched my order the 27th but no update on the tracking since they sent it of. I thought I would of had the jacket last week , this is causing me stress because I think I’ve been scammed. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here,save yourself the hassle.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from this company, I placed my order on the 21st November 2024 and have now been waiting over 8 days and no one has provided any updates on my order. Furthermore, due to this disgusting behaviour I have requested a refund from them and they have ignored that request also.

No product, no response to repeat contact asking to cancel order. Worried this isn't a real company.
My wife placed an order with this company on 14th and beyond an order confirmation has had no contact from them at all after requesting that the order be cancelled.
To date she has sent 2 emails, 1 instagram DM and commented on one of their instagram posts but has had no acknowledgement.
Would not recommend you buy from this company if you ever want to receive your goods or be able to contact customer service for help.
We're now worried that they're not a genuine company and just scamming people. Avoid like the plague.
Edit: updating this review as the order eventually turned up, so they are a real company. However the service wasn't good so leaving at 2-stars.
