Took them 2 weeks to give me an update about my order and to cancel it and say they don’t have it in stock. AVOID this company ! Told them I’m giving them a bad review that’s when they started responding to my emails

I purchased a Syna World jacket and boxers a few days ago and international shipping to Canada only took a 8-9days. I am very happy and pleased as a first time customer shopping at STRT SPLY. I was mislead by the 1 star reviews on their trust pilot, and decided to order at no sauce, only to order and my item not being available after the order was already made, their poor customer support and execution lead me back to STRT SPLY which was the best decision I made. Their customer support team may not be as big as other companies but it’s 100% better. Their authentic product quality is unmatched and came in perfect condition, not to mention their free mystery item. I honestly have never witnessed better customer support, and was shocked because they were so quick to respond to my emails and reassured me with any questions or concerns I may have had. Overall my experience with STRT SPLY has been a solid 5/5, I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it. I will definitely be purchasing more products from their website. Thank you for the quality, authentic clothing and amazing customer support. This is also a message to anybody who is debating whether they should buy from STRT SPLY, and truthfully the answer is 100% yes.

Brilliant company that sells clothes at a great price which are 100% authentic. I recently had an issue with the size being too small however they were quick and prompt in their handling of the situation to get me the right size and in doing so they have earned this review . I would highly recommend.

Shipping to Luxemburg took about 7 working days, but it came in, well packed, everything like it should good price 10/10

my first time ordering from here , I ordered a crtz hoodie & Crtz bottoms. the communication regarding sizes and delivery was unbeatable. I received a dispatch notification from them within an hour or so of ordering , and sure enough my order arrived the next day. one hoody was too small so I started a return procedure. the exchange for the small to medium was swift and easy.

I’ve been contacting these for over a week now through email phone and online chat they do not respond. I bought a Trapstar windbreaker and it started peeling after 2 wears. I can’t believe they don’t respond after I spent £150 on a jacket. Bad customer service

I bought a trapstar jacket for my son’s birthday. I ordered the XS and it arrived very quickly but was too small. I contacted STRT and they replied promptly with the details to return for an exchange to the small. That was processed very promptly and I received the Small. Sadly the small was a bit short in the arms so I contacted them again to return and exchange for the size Medium. This was executed very quickly and my son is now absolutely delighted and over the moon with his new Trapstar Jacket. Excellent service

Made an order over a month ago! Emailed them and messaged them on insta no reply until I opened up a case on PayPal then received a message from them saying it was being sent out that day they would throw in a free gift for the trouble!. That was 3 weeks ago still no delivery. Commented on Instagram posts as they started to ignore messages again they then deleted my comments. Got my money back through PayPal thankfully! Wouldn’t waste your time or money SCAMMERS!

I ordered a t-shirt for my nephews birthday by my own mistake I ordered the wrong size. I contacted STRT SPLY by email and they responded straight away and offered to send out the correct size within 24hrs free of charge. Not many companies would do this amazing customer service.

Ordered 4 t-Shirts. One was delivered , the other 3 never showed up. The tracking number provided with Royal Mail doesn’t give any information and despite numerous emails have had no reply. Meant to be a 24hour delivery and that was now 2 weeks ago. With ZERO reply. Terrible service.
