Emailed 3 times now and not heard nothing back..
Confirmation email says 5-12 days for delivery and its now been 3 weeks..
Its a hoodie for my daughters birthday on Thursday and the parcel is still not here..FUMING..!!

I had no issues with an asics order. It arrived it in around 6 days with full updates throughout.

Item arrived professionally packaged and legit.

I ordered a long sleeve denim tears shirt on the 3rd of March 2026. On the order it said 5-12 working days for delivery and it is now the 13th working day and I am still yet to receive my order. Horrible customer service

Don't purchase from this company; not trustworthy or reliable. Purchased on the 7th Feb and there has been no update since on dispatch or delivery. They've been contacted via online chat, via email twice, via instagram and via Tiktok - even though they are regularly posting, I've received no response. The gift I bought I couldn't give unfortunately.

Scalpers... They are charging an increased price of a shoe by around 170% so the original retail price is around £80, but they want £220... Greed, capitalists, vampires. For an individual is fine but for a professional buisness (shop) this is unethical and immoral.

I wonder how much you purchased nike mind 001 for when they retailed at £85 and you have them listed for £220. Comparing yourself to stockx which is a platform built for individuals who want to capitalise and make a few quid. Is a joke.

What you are doing is corporate greed, you deserve the 1 star. As doubling the price would be bad enought but form £85 to £220 is just greed. The mind 001 have multiple releases this year at rrp 85 so good luck... I wonder how many you took away from potential customers who now have to pay £220.

The audacity to assume i dont know about supply and demand is insane, the contradiction of saying im unethical and immoral is a joke. By the way stockx buy now is £175 with some coloureays being cheaper. You are definitely greedy...

I had ordered a tracksuit from this website on Thursday and it claimed (1-2 working days I completely brushed Saturday although I’ve received parcels on that day. All till now Royal Mail hasn’t received my parcel and the owner of this website isn’t replying to me.

Ordered a jumper on 6/01/26 and still not dispatched, emailed 3 times and no response from company!
