So I am being sent another and should receive Friday

order number - #SS8307 ordered a jacket and a coat, both didnt fit me so i returned it and it’s been over 2 weeks since it got delivered to them and they said it’ll take a week for a refund to arrive, still hasn’t sent it

Rapid response time to emails keeping me updated came faster then the eta im unsure on how to check the authenticity of them items but the quality is good

Easy 5 stars didn’t take long to ship and I got everything no problems and they were packaged amazingly highly recommend.

I ordered a corteiz puffer on the 8th of December and the item hasn’t come and its gone past the 12 working days I will say they responded to my email but I emailed them so many times and they said it would be dispatched and yet it hasn’t i am very disappointed as I wanted the puffer to come before Christmas and it hasn’t.

I ordered my item for a Christmas present for my son on December 7th!! Chased it up and was told I would receive an email this week regarding delivery, not heard a thing!! I have emailed a few times with no response. Don't think I will receive this item before Christmas yet I am seeing adverts for pre Christmas deliveries from now, don't bother. So disappointed. I actually received an email today cancelling my order due to insufficient stick!! Disgusting, this was ordered and paid for ages ago when the item was in stock. Now its too late to order another item for Christmas for my son.

I ordered a broken plant zip up hoodie on the 3rd of December.
The delivery date stated it would be here between 5-12 working days. It has now been over that period and it’s not been delivered. There has been no update on the delivery. No response on email or instagram.
I can’t believe I’ve fell for it but there’s no doubt in my mind it’s a scam.
I have now contacted the bank as they are fraudsters!

Do NOT buy from them they are scammers. They will not send your order.

I ordered on the 1st of december - emailed near enough every week looking for a shipping update - had one last week to say it would be dispatched this week! However never was... took an email this morning saying the order was unsucessful and they refunded me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered from them on 3rd of December no info reforging delivery. Have emailed them twice and nothing. Will proceed to do a charge back as it’s been 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous do not order!!!!

I ordered a Jacket from Corteiz and received a confirmation email. After a week, I followed up because I still hadn't received any information about my delivery. The only response was an automated message saying I would receive an update within 48 hours. And guess what? Nothing happened. Even after another email explaining that I had read negative reviews and wanted to know the status of my order, I still haven't received a reply. I'm now considering contacting my bank and requesting a refund.

Ordered a t-shirt not cheap either, came very quick wich is the 1 star as I have to give them that! Wrong size no tags no bag just wrapped in the parcel bag and sent a email over 3 days ago to get this changed and still no reply, not happy at all and won’t be using them again. Update I ordered medium by mistake !! They have been rude via email apparently cortiez clothing doesn’t have tags or bags they come it who new and the material is cheap, but on that note day 3 of waiting for a returns label.

I ordered the broken planet zipper a few weeks ago and besides the order confirmation email I have had no emails regarding my delivery at all and when I track on shop it still sits at preparing shipment I have contacted by email 3 times and not one email has been replied to. I’m starting to think this might be a scam and they have just took the money. If I don’t get an email replying back to any of my emails within the next few days I will be contacting my bank and claiming fraud.
