Fake clothing!!! DO NOT ORDER. Update since purchase: although the company made that response below, they have not refunded my money. They were desperate to get the return back so I no longer had proof or evidence. The clothing they sent was poor quality, threads hanging off, thin bobbly material. They were 100 per cent not genuine! The company are no where to be seen now so my review is not false.I am normally so careful but I wasn't and am now paying the price. Cheap price, no website reviews, free shipping, no phone number.....all the clues are there. I've contacted my credit card company in the hope they can refund my money. I am not sure oif they are a registered business, please do your homework. I have since returned the Trapstar tracksuit with poor quality material and threads hanging off, that I was sent and waiting for a refund. There were no labels attached and the authenticicate QR label did not not activate. Although I did receive emails and a response to my review initially, they were very keen for me to return the tracksuit almost immediately and remove this review, I haven't heard anything since.

I cannot get any sort of response from these guys. Ordered 2 items and although one arrived I have tried to contact them about the 2nd item. There is no response to emails or insta message and has been over a week now. I just needed to know if they were planning on sending the second item or if there was a problem as it wasn't shipped with the other item in the order. I could have ordered the missing item elsewhere on Black Friday if I just knew the status. If I don't hear soon I am going to have to add a dispute on credit card for the payment. All so frustrating!!!

Order never came, money still taken. Avoid this company like the plague!!

Wish I could give zero stars, ignore my last review they asked to give the clothes back as there was an issue with my current order so I gave it back even though they had all my money ignored my message off instagram and tik tok and emails and have my money and clothes. Don’t buy from here unless you want your money stolen

Order #SS7891 – No product, no updates

I placed an order for a puffer jacket on October 25th, and the company promised delivery within 15 business days. However, I haven’t received any updates at all — not even a notification that the item has been shipped. At this point, I’m starting to worry whether this might be a scam. I hope to receive a response or at least some clarification soon.

I made my order on the 28/09/25 - I was contact in October to say it was being delivered and gave me tracking details - Royal Mail states parcel has never been received by them. I have sent 3 emails + 2 Instagram messages to the company since then and had no response. And no order! DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Ordered on the 6th of November an express delivery item it said it would be dispatched next day and arrive within 2 working days it is now the 10th of November and the Royal Mail tracking is showing that they haven’t even posted my order they have just simply created a label and not posted anything…

Unfulfilled Promises, Zero Communication, and Financial Concerns

I recently placed an order with STRT SPLY for a Trapstar jacket and bag, drawn in by their advertised 12-working-day delivery window. Today marks the 12th working day since my order was placed, and disappointingly, my order has not even been shipped. I paid £359 for this order and at this point, I feel like I've simply lost my money.

What's more concerning than the delayed shipment is the complete lack of communication from STRT SPLY. I have attempted to contact them through multiple channels, including direct messages on Instagram and TikTok, as well as sending approximately ten emails. Despite these efforts, I have received absolutely no response. This silence is not only frustrating but also unprofessional, leaving me with serious doubts about the company's commitment to customer service and leaving me feel ignored.

At this point, I cannot recommend STRT SPLY. Their failure to meet their own delivery timeframe, coupled with their complete disregard for customer inquiries, is simply unacceptable. Potential buyers should proceed with extreme caution, as there's a real risk of losing your money without receiving the ordered product or any form of support.

purchased a birthday gift on the 8th Oct.
No update on dispatch, no communication when chasing via email or Instagram DM.
This gift is needed by a certain date as a Birthday gift and was not cheap. WHERE IS MY ORDER?!

3rd week and no response about my order .. when i commented on their social media that the seller seem to be fake they replied in my inbox asking for my order number once i gave them nobody responded again , i’ve sent several emails also with no response SCAM

This is a scam—do not order or you’ll lose your money. The item I ordered never arrived. No contact from the store after the order.

Ordered a tracksuit on 02/09/25- arrived on 26/09/25. It was too small and I emailed to get it returned and 2 weeks later I still have had no response? So disappointing and £170 out of pocket. Please sort this out!

i ordered from then on the 8th of september 2025 and it said when i purchased it would take 10-12 buissness days to come, it’s now the 5th of october 2025 i’ve sent 4 emails and dm on instagram and heard nothing about my order

They sent me a fake syna shiesty and now they don’t answer to my emails.

Bought a cortiez top I bought the wrong size emailed them to send it back I got the details of them and sent it back for a exchange it’s been 2 weeks since they received it and I still haven’t received my exchange sent numerous emails and messages but still no answer back since the first time

Ordered from this company nearly a 4 weeks ago and finally have received today i had emailed them as it says it would take 5 to 10 days and i hadn't received my T-shirt i ordered as its a present really disappointed in the communication and length of time it took to send with 0 updates on my package wont be ordering again😡

It's been nearly 4 weeks not receive my order. Been emailing not even return my emails.

My order SS7478 has still not arrived or even moved since I ordered it. It still says preparing shipment I’ve been waiting since the 8th of September it’s October 3 already I am not happy I spent £250. Every time I email no one answers they say they will get back to me in 48 hours and never do
