Terrible company will never use again beware. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
It’s been over the 12 working days time limit. They do not respond to emails within the time frame and the last email stated that apparently my order was delivered by Royal Mail which is a lie as I have spoken to Royal Mail today and yesterday and they have never received anything! I have proof of that via them and by a camera on the front door that nothing has ever been delivered or received.
They never replied when I cancelled the order originally, then I emailed again days later asking for confirmation and again no reply. Then randomly days later after all the emails apparently its on its way. Then the first time I get an email reply actually from them after 9 days later saying sorry my email was missed and that my item was successfully delivered. To which I again have emailed 3 times with no response!!
This is a complete joke.
I want a refund you have taken over £300. You delete the comments on Facebook and Instagram from others asking where are their orders or to respond to them. And more and more reviews are saying your company is a scam. It has been 19 days since you took my money! and I have no order or refund or answers.

Had an amazing experience with STRT SPLY! Me being last minute to holiday and not reading the blue print ordered a broken planet jersey. After emailing regarding the customer service team and having a reply the same day they had managed to secure the item and also deliver it in time prior to my holiday which was so short notice!

Can’t thank them enough and there speedy resolution on my mess ups! Will be using STRT SPLY again!

Awful company never answer emails Iv been trying to get a refund for weeks but they never reply

None trust this shit website take your money and scam your money and won’t even sent your order. I’ve spent 250 with them and you don’t even reply to my emails. I message them contacted them everywhere they just scam us!!!!!

I ordered a jumper for £160 over 2 weeks ago, and there has been no update on the order. I’ve emailed the company twice with no reply.

My son has bought an item STRT SPLY and hasn't received the item we have emailed the customer service section and they say its on its way but still not been delivered.my son has spent a wee bit of money on this site and im starting to believe the site is fraudulent so anyone who thinks of buying from this company please dont.i have also rang the fraud department

The top I ordered arrived very quickly after I had ordered and it was great quality.

Avoid i placed order weeks ago had no response emailed messaged on instagram nothing !

I ordered syna tech fleece and joggers a week ago and abit i selected small its saying thst I ordered large I sent 4 emails and followed up on the order and there has been no updates and the order is still being prepared for shipment

Placed an order for my son's birthday. He was over the moon with the t-shirt and shorts. The quality of the materials is exceptional and the design is very cool. I will definitely be ordering more items from their range. I would highly recommend STRT SPLY for their speedy service and quality products.

I placed an order with this company which was just under £300. Initially, this order took a long time to be delivered with no communication from them, so had to e-mail to chase this up. Upon receiving my parcel, the items did not fit and I needed to return, in which I contacted them to get the details. I returned this parcel by royal mail tracked delivery as requested by them. This parcel was delivered back to them on the 17th June and I still have not received my refund of just under £300 bearing in mind today is the 8th July! It states in their policy a 10 day refund policy which obviously they have not abided by. I have sent them three e-mails, and not an answer to one! The customer service from this company is appalling and there is absolutely no communication.

Didn’t even send the main Item I ordered a Cortiez shirt even though says delivered and shipped ect!!
Ordered £10 mystery box small men’s, sent a jumper that would fit a XXL!

I ordered my hoodie on 01/06/25 and didn’t receive it until 21/06/25. I had to send multiple emails before I finally got a response, where they told me it would take 10–12 days to arrive, but it actually took 20. They also said there was nothing they could do to speed things up.

When the hoodie finally arrived it was damaged, the threads were pulled and frayed. I contacted them about the issue, but they haven’t responded at all.

I ordered two syna world in my bag jackets one in grey and one in black however I looked on trustpilot at the reviews and saw it was negative and people receiving fakes so my girlfriend contacted them on my behalf to cancel the order before it had been shipped out or even before the Royal Mail label was made they actually replied to that asking for the order number and that we could cancel and she provided it to them and then no reply and a few days later the shipping label was generated and stayed on Royal Mail expecting it for DAYS I personally reached out to ask what was happening with my order and no reply today while at work I get told that they have arrived even though we tried cancelling and them acknowledging we wanted to cancel the order once I got home from work I thought I’d see if they were genuine or fake and I can tell you either one or both are fake because one came without the pack style bag and the accessories with it then I put both of the coats into the little carry bag they turn into and one of them had a zip on the back once in bag form and the other did not then when looking at the inside label at the bottom of the jacket the labels were two completely different labels in layout one even included a holographic “authentication” sticker I do not believe that for a second 😂 even the packaging paper used that says syna was different as one was darker in the writing and the other lighter and the grey coat has stains on it THOUGHT THIS WAS BRAND NEW? The hoods on both jackets are different sizes the grey fits better and the black the hood is very small but I’ve tried contacting and no response VERY disappointed SO AVOID!!!

I ordered a tshirt last Tuesday and it said 1-2 days delivery and my parcel had been shipped. However I still haven’t received my parcel and my emails are being avoided about wanting a refund

I ordered a TShirt for my son. I disputed its authenticy as the quality was terrible so returned the item. I sent it myself via royal mail tracking and have sent multiple emails as I have still not received any money back and no replies to any emails. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
