Beware of this company who take your money for goods they don’t have in stock and fail to deliver by THEIR agreed delivery dates. Won’t answer multiple emails sent and theyve have also purchased and created a postage label from Royal Mail which is only used to mislead me into thinking their goods have been posted Postage purchased 6/6/25 and still not active. Have asked for a refund and if not received will be taking the matter further
Beware this company purchase labels from Royal Mail without having the goods in stock. They mislead customers by activating the label however if you check Royal Mail these items have never been received into Royal Mail’s system. The tracking notification stating despatched does not mean that the item is physically within Royal Mail system only that a label has been generated

I ordered a tracksuit and after a week my package still hadn’t arrived so I messaged them 3 times and still no respond after 3 days wouldn’t recommend

Ordered a T-shirt on the 13/5/25. Still no update since order confirmation 15 days later. No reply to my emails either. Avoid this company at all costs.

It’s been almost 20 buisness days after the company said will come in 5-12 buisness days I tried emailing even sent a review 6 days ago and nothing no reply’s no nothing I just want my coat

I ordered a broken planet hoodie from them and did not receive any info or tracking details on my order for weeks. I then tried emailing them to ask them what is happening and did not get a response for weeks. I emailed them a couple more times to get some info and asking for a refund, still no response. I then posted a 1 star review on trust pilot and strtspply sent me an email saying i will receive a full refund and that they will give me a small gift as compensation for all this and they wanted me to remove the 1 star review i had posted before. Now I have received my refund but still havent received the small gift. I tried emailing them again (a couple times) and havent received anything back. I definetely do not recommend buying anything of them as it is not worth the hassle and stress. #SS5941

If someone want to buy from this I want to told you all it’s fake my Syna just arrive today and it’s fake and I wait for 1 mouth to get the fake one

Now, the shorts I needed to swap for a smaller size. The jumper was fine and everything arrived very quick.

The following day I received my order, I unfortunately suffered a loss in my family. Exchanging and returning an order was of course the least of my concerns. I wasn’t aware of their 7 day exchange/return policy.

I contacted strtsply 10 days after my order arrived and explained the situation. They were more than compassionate regarding my situation and were happy to still honour the exchange. On top of this they were incredibly kind regarding the situation and offered their condolences. It’s very conforming to know business’ like this exist and aren’t only interested in making money.

Incredible service, I will one million % be doing all my future shopping with them for items these.

Ordered Corteiz Brasil Shuku pants. No issues with shipping time, despite being located in the US. Unfortunately they were inauthentic and clear fakes. The stitching on the label was obviously off, it was very poorly done. These look like reps from goat-official on yupoo. Even the font on the packaging label matches goat-official (rep maker). The amount of white in the Brazil stars is also off. To make matters worse, I already ordered two other Corteiz items from them, which are likely fakes as well.

I am quite disappointed as the website states with confidence that all products are authentic. I have no choice but to return this item, as I was scammed.

After abt 7 emails regarding my order.
Missing part of it near £300 spent.
Order was placed on the 25th of January.
Clothes was for my sons holiday, still no t-shirt.
Ridiculous customer service only by email. No phone number.
Will never order from here again.

I orded an cortiez bolo v2 puffer jacket. Since 20 january. Havent seen till today. Tried contacting them but no reply. Order SS5362 it says "has been dispathed on royal mail app. But hasnt changed since then. I need my refunds or the product its self.

First time ordering and will 100% be ordering more I only bought a corteiz hoodie after reading mixed reviews but wish I’d got my full order ! Received the parcel the next day 10/10 from me
