Phenomenal Customer Service!
No issues whatsoever! Purchased a Syna T-Shirt for my nephews birthday which came up too small, reached out to their customer service team who replied in less than 2 hours.
Had the exchanged t shirt with me the day after I returned the original. Their team were very helpful throughout and the t shirt came with all the packaging and whatnots.

Ordered a top and very quickly after decided that I no longer needed it, sent the company and email to cancel the order and they were so prompt to get back to me and cancel it, without me having to wait for it to be delivered to send it back etc. Fabulous customer service! Thank you

STRTSPLY SELL FAKE
First of all I wait a month for my order to be delivered. The product i received (nike tech syna) is FAKE. They are selling fake items and they wont respond to my messages/ mails. Very dissapointing do NOT buy here.

Bought as a jacket as a gift, nephew absolutely loves it. Overall nice experience. Communication could be a bit better at times but I have a feeling it’s not a big company yet so have taken that into consideration. Overall very positive experience

Ordered back in November for birthday and it didn’t come until late December which was annoying but it was good quality but now I’ve just noticed there is no QR code in the coat which you can scan to prove it’s authentic which is making me doubt if it’s real
