Received no confirmation email after purchase. Emailed immediately to cancel the order due to reading these reviews after purchase & order wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. No response from numerous emails. Item has now turned up with still no email of ever being purchased . Trying to contact company to discuss for return & refund but their non existent as no responses. Been completely done out of £180 as item had to be purchased elsewhere before Xmas.

Extremely Disappointing!!!!!!! Ordered a very expensive Trapstar coat arrived damaged been trying to return have had no contact no help at all despite sending a lots of emails . Rubbish i have been conned do not buy from them . Also waiting almost a month for it to arrive .

Received email saying that the hoodie i had bought almost 2 months ago had been lost or stolen in transit with royal mail which i don’t believe one bit. the only reason for their email to me was to ask me to remove my 1 star review. i responded asking when i’d be refunded and have heard 0 back

Second 1 star review! This is a scam. Do not buy! Despite ordering in Nov I still have no item and no refund. I have tried every way possible to get in touch with them but have got complete radio silence. If you do decide to buy despite all the reasons not to, make sure you pay with a credit card or PayPal, as you will have little or no hope of ever getting your money back from these guys.

I have 0 complaints with any part of my experience from purchase to arrival.

I ordered a Trapstar Irongate Arch Detachable Hooded Puffer Jacket - Shiny Black size small on November 29th , 2024 (Order #SS4765) and payed around $450 dollars for the item . I was advised that the time to delivery would take some time as I live in the US but i wasn’t in a particular rush to get my coat as it was just a personal purchase not a gift or anything. Weeks went by without me getting a tracking number or any sort of update so I emailed the support team and they got to me quickly and said it should be updated in the next 48 hours , which it was . After that though the item was never sent to royal mail and when I contacted them about the status they told me to get back to them asap if it wasn't updated in 72 hours(Dec 19th), which i did and i've been getting ghosted ever since . Ive tried not to be excessive with the emails and be as patient and understanding as possible but ive been getting zero response at all , im genuinely not sure it im getting my coat or if this is a scam company, which i wouldn't be surprised if it is as the coat I ordered is pretty rare to find authentic and this seemed to be the ONLY storefront that had it both in stock AND at a good price . Ill follow up my review if I get a response either issuing me a refund or actually sending me my item .

*UPDATE*
I received my item as of 1/6/2025 after lots of delays and no longer need reimbursement. They communicated with me shortly after writing this review and we got everything straightened out , but I still cant give more than 3 stars due to the inconveniences experienced prior .

Ordered on the 02/12/24, wasn't dispatched untill 14/12/24. Still royal mail have not received it on the 28/12/24. I have send 5 emails (as no contact number) and not 1 reply. Worst company.

Order placed on 29th November, says dispatched on 14th Dec but it was never received by Royal Mail. I’ve emailed twice and had no response. Have a disappointed child today who didn’t have the one thing he really wanted for Christmas. Their website says read our 120, 5 star reviews but there is no link that I can find to read them. I’d avoid using this website. I’m sure I’ll get a response saying it’s royal mails fault as that seems to be the default. Royal Mail have delivered everything else I ordered online, funny how they only seem to have lost your companies orders.

Order on the 29th November still not received my item, had an email to say it was being sent and would be with me for Christmas which it is not, tracking hasn't changed since 14th December royal mail still not received my item, have sent 3 emails the last week with no reply

Now 5 emails in still no reply and waiting to hear if I'm going to see my money or item at all

Do not use these guys. 7 day return policy but don’t respond to you. They’ve had both my money and my return now for 2 weeks and have stopped responding to my emails!

Still no response to my many emails… apparently sent to Royal Mail 16th Dec.

I see many people in the same boat as myself, all I want is my refund of £159 as clearly I won’t be getting my item which I was advised was well on track for Xmas delivery.

Placed an order for Xmas on 4/12 it’s now Xmas eve eve and still no delivery and no response to my emails or web chat . APPALLING SERVICE

I ordered a tracksuit on 11/12. I tried countless times to get hold of the company, without success. On 16/12 I get hold of them and they claim that it has been sent, although royal mail states that they have not received the package yet. All of a sudden the stamp says that the package has been sent, but that it takes royal mail 72 hours to register a shipment, so that's why it's taking so long. I speak to Royal mail again, who inform me that it does not fit. The shipment arrives in Denmark on 19/12, and customs duties must be paid. I do that immediately, and the package is prepared for delivery. Today, 23/12, the package still hasn't arrived. Just spoke to PostNord, who are responsible for the delivery in Denmark, and they say that it will not arrive until after Christmas. I am so angry. There is now a little boy who does not get his Christmas present on Christmas Eve. I cannot recommend this company in any way.

ordered Trapstar jacket £340 on first of December, Now 22nd and nothing no reply from them after numerous emails sent, this was the only thing my foster son wanted as hi main Christmas present, so upset and disappointed with this company, warning do not order from them

Cannot find ANY contact phone number

**Looking online here, it appears that the corteiz jacket purchasers (as I am) all have had the same experience....so it cannot be Royal Mail at fault!
Why offer the garment if you cannot supply......but you're happy to take payment.

Well, credit where it is due....I have today (24/12) received a full refund.
Whether it was making a complaint via bank credit card, or from my bombardment of emails, or this platform....I cannot say.
But I have been placated, & had already purchased from a more reputable site for my grandson, so peace & harmony are restored.

I ordered a Corteiz jacket for my son (the only thing he really really wants for Christmas) on 1st December believing in good faith that was giving plenty of time to arrive. I received no updates and no jacket received now either and it’s the 20th December. After several I replied to emails from me I’ve been told today Royal Mail have lost it! I believe it was never even dispatched and they have clearly taken orders and not fulfilled them because now all Corteiz jackets on their site are out of stock.
Extremely angry 😡 Terribke customer service. I’m fuming and now left without a Christmas present for my son.

order a tracksuit for £215 on 3rd dec still not received and customer service do not respond and just send a vague email that there is only 4 or them and they are delayed. Apparently it was despatched a week ago but Royal Mail have not received. Panicking as I cannot afford another main gift of this price for my son. Really annoyed that they will not even respond and help customer service is awful
