I was slightly dubious after reading some of the reviews but honestly from ordering to receipt of the goods, the transition was incredibly smooth and faultless. Communication was great, delivery was prompt and added bonus my son loves the shorts purchased, fantastic quality and will definitely be returning as he has his eye on something else!

Ordered on the 23rd may with 5-12 working day delivery. It has now been 15 days and still no update at all. Have messaged them on different platforms and had no reply about my order

Waiting hell of a long time for some trainers still not got them they can not even be bothered reply to my emails dms etc tracking hasn’t moved avoid this company much better out there

Don’t order from them, they don’t respond to any emails their customer service is awful. I tried to return an I item and it almost took a month and a half just to receive my money back.

Terrible experience, ordered something from the website and had to return this due to sizing issues where I returned a while ago and still have not received any correspondence if they have my item or when my refund will be getting back to me, I have emailed multiple times with no reply from anyone.

Ordered a pair of Asics trainers. No delivery update, no response to emails or messages on Instagram. This company has taken my money and not bothered to send me the item. Scam.

I ordered a long sleeve denim tears shirt on the 3rd of March 2026. On the order it said 5-12 working days for delivery and it is now the 13th working day and I am still yet to receive my order. Horrible customer service

Don't purchase from this company; not trustworthy or reliable. Purchased on the 7th Feb and there has been no update since on dispatch or delivery. They've been contacted via online chat, via email twice, via instagram and via Tiktok - even though they are regularly posting, I've received no response. The gift I bought I couldn't give unfortunately.

Scalpers... They are charging an increased price of a shoe by around 170% so the original retail price is around £80, but they want £220... Greed, capitalists, vampires. For an individual is fine but for a professional buisness (shop) this is unethical and immoral.

I wonder how much you purchased nike mind 001 for when they retailed at £85 and you have them listed for £220. Comparing yourself to stockx which is a platform built for individuals who want to capitalise and make a few quid. Is a joke.

What you are doing is corporate greed, you deserve the 1 star. As doubling the price would be bad enought but form £85 to £220 is just greed. The mind 001 have multiple releases this year at rrp 85 so good luck... I wonder how many you took away from potential customers who now have to pay £220.

The audacity to assume i dont know about supply and demand is insane, the contradiction of saying im unethical and immoral is a joke. By the way stockx buy now is £175 with some coloureays being cheaper. You are definitely greedy...

I had ordered a tracksuit from this website on Thursday and it claimed (1-2 working days I completely brushed Saturday although I’ve received parcels on that day. All till now Royal Mail hasn’t received my parcel and the owner of this website isn’t replying to me.

I did follow the recommended washing instructions. An item shouldn't only last a month or so before it starts falling apart. It is not of satisfactory quality under the Consumers Act 2015.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. After 30 days but within 6 months, you are generally entitled to a repair or replacement, or a partial/full refund if those fail. Refunds must use the original payment method within 14 days of agreement.
