This is suspicious, I wanted my Storyblocks account and this appears to be fake. With Storyblocks I never need to download invoices.

First off, Storyblocks is great, I used it pretty heavily other last two years while editing content for my clients. The only reason I'm leaving is that I'm working in a different industry and I no longer need it.

Their customer support team is awesome. I missed the window to cancel my renewal while I was away for the Holidays-and when I reached out about my issue, they got back to me within a few days offering a few solutions to help me. Franco was dope, deserves a raise for being so helpful!

Storyblocks is great. I needed the subscription for a large project I was doing. When the project finished I forgot to cancel the subscription. When it came around again I was panicked that I was going to have to pay a yearly fee that I didn’t need anymore, but one email and Storyblocks gave me a refund. So great service when I needed it, and great customer service when I didn’t need it anymore.
