Great service and efficient technical support!

I had an issue with my payment method. Storyblocks' website has a quick ticket system, where I could see how long my request would take. A team member named Franco was able to help well before the suggested time. Franco was very polite, kind, and fixed my issue in no time. Hands down, this company has the best support team and response time. I will recommend their service to other friends and colleagues. 11/10

The live person I chatted with was very good at resolving my technical issue and helped me out with what I was trying to accomplish.

I have used Storyblocks on and off over the years and have found their subscription model affordable and useful for standard B-roll needs in branding videos. Their customer service is also exceptional and responsive to needs in a timely manner. Franco was very helpful in assisting me.

Franco helpt me very good and was very friendly.

Because I couldn't use the plugin, I had to switch to the $360 plan. The customer service staff responded to me very quickly and helped me solve the problem. It was very fast and I was very happy.

I will not write about their collection as we all know it rocks. I want to thank the team for their customer support. I will keep renewing my subscription as long as they stay the same.

Franco was very helpful. No runaround or hastle. He was able to assist with my request to cancel my subscription and refund my purchase.

Storyblocks has been working great for me. There's a very variety of all sorts of useful things, the pricing is good, the licencing/copyright rules are simple and easy going.

Also, the customer support is very good and helpful. I didn't use their services for several months, and I forgot that the yearly subscription automatically renews, which I didn't notice until a couple of months after. I contacted the support, and told them my case, and gave me a full refund and cancelled my sub! I'll definitely be back once I'm in need of some stock material again. This is a very professional no bs type of company, that I highly recommend!
