I had never used StoryBlocks and ended up with an accidental subscription via Movavi. I contacted StoryBlocks and explained the circumstance and in less than 30 minutes I received a kind reply stating the refund has been issued. In a day and age when customer service is almost nonexistent... StoryBlocks is a breathe of fresh air

Great support team with empathy and a sense of ownership
When reaching out to a support team at any services, there is nothing more frustrating than it is when I have to explain myself over and over again by going up the higher chain of command. However, my interaction with Tifara at Storyblocks was a smooth sail from the get go. Tifara was attentive and willing to understand my situation, and offered me a solution as well as an alternative solution for me to make a better choice. I will definitely come back to Storyblocks for my future creative needs!

Franco was super understanding and helped me fix an accident - where I subscribed to annual but wanted a month initially. This saved me $500 - but hopefully we'll upgrade to annual in the future!
