Customer service was very helpful. I didn’t realize my package was left at a different door of my house but they were able to contact DHL and send me a picture of where exactly it was left. All in a span of less than 2 days. By the way love my new oversized linen pink blazer.

Obsessed with this website!!! Clothes are always on trend! Prices and quality are there! I recently had an issue with an order and they sent me a new product quick and easy. Great website, great clothes and better yet excellent service!!! This is why I keep buying from storets!

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. the WORST return policy in the WORLD. READ THE FINE PRINT AND DONT LET THEN STEAL YOUR MONEY. Do NOT purchase from here. Items were low quality, not what they appeared on site, and they would not let me exchange ANYTHING because I used a promo code. Even if I hadn’t use a promo code, they still would have charged me an insane amount to ship it back, even though it was originally free shipping. DISGUSTING COMPANY. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Do not let them steal your money

I bought three items from storets. One of them hasn't arrived yet. The other two are exactly same as the picture! They are so beautiful. I love them. I was so confused at the beginning because of the reviews (most of them are zero and 5 starts and the average is 2.5!!!) I took the risk and I bought the three items they are amazing! Though they arrived late I don't care!
I have to add this I haven't washed them if I wash them and they turned into something else I will come back and mention it :D I am so happe with my purchase so far!

Stay away! This company has kept almost half of the purchase amount for a cancelled order (which is against the law), and they refused to fix it. Now I have to go through the entire hassle of claiming the money back through the other means. Not worth your time, believe me.

Idk why some of the reviews are so negative! The garment quality of every piece I’ve gotten from Storets is absolutely perfect. I ordered 4 different items my first time buying from this site - & shipping was really fast, and the actual quality of everything I got is genuinely perfect. If you’re wanting to buy from Storets - I promise you’re good to go. Just give it a shot. Xo

Ojo al hacer los pedidos ya que a mi me han cobrado 36.5 euros de aranceles,a la hora de recoger el paquete en DHL..aqui en España.El paquete venía de Corea....

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I bought a jacket from here and was drowning in it, so I returned it for a refund but I saw $20 missing from the amount that I paid for my jacket. I found out that they do not pay for return shipping if you decide to return an item. When I complained about this and asked for a phone number to contact their manager, customer service kept ignoring my request and never gave me a phone number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! They jip you of your money and do not have good customer service or policies.

The quality is very bad, will not buy again, the return policy is not good, do not buy anything, don’t waste your money

Hice un pedido de una americana, 70 euros más 20 euros de gastos de envío. Tardan dos semanas en mandarme un correo para decirme que el pedido esta listo, después de casi tres esta llegando a España y a dos días de ser entregado lo detienen en aduanas y me piden que pague 28,79 euros por impuestos. Es vergonzoso, he escrito emails y sin respuesta diciendo que quiero mi dinero y que no voy a pagar más pero tendré que terminar pegándolo. NO compréis en esta tienda, es un timo.

I have already placed 3 orders and I love their clothing. The quality is amazing, I feel like their pieces will last a long time as long as I take care of it. I am in love with the skirts and the oversized shirts that looks like a dress. I highly recommend it!

The only thing that bothers me is that I have to spend $100 in order to qualify for free shipping, otherwise the shipping is $15. However, I am really happy with their quality.

La ropa es de buena calidad pero un poco pequeña, además sobre 100 usa el envío es gratuito y express a través de DHL

I had a great user experience with the site. Shipping was really quick via DHL and the items felt high quality and looked the same as pictured.

Terrible return policy. Make sure you read the fine print before purchasing from here. If your order is over $80 they offer free shipping. BUT and this is a big but (and something I have never heard before) if you return something and your order is less than $80 you pay the original shipping fee. I returned a white button shirt $69 and I only got $38 back. So basically they are saying that it was $31 to ship my order? I wrote to customer service and its been 8 days with no response as to why shipping was so expensive. I feel like I have the right to know what the breakdown is. I would never order from here again since it is a mystery as to what your refund amount is.

Worst experience ever. The parcel didn’t reach me through customs office so they sent it back to storets. Didn’t receive any email and was waiting for answer for one month. After that, they received me back the money discounting 50$ for shipping. That’s not fair when the parcel didn’t even reach me.

Not worth it. Same/similar quality and designs as websites like Yesstyle. Many of their designs are also copied from designers like For Love and Lemons but priced similarly high. Examples:

I've bought a few things from them and I love their stuff. The shipping is extremely fast and the quality of the clothes are great! Would highly recommend!

I was burned bad by #ZUCHIC I ordered 16 items from them & all overpriced didn't allow returns so now I check, Storets is the same, they have a picture of other designer's clothing then send you crap. Made poorly, fast fashion, high prices, terrible customer service, and forget returns it's not in their store. It hard to warn people but before buying from any website check their return policy if they don't have it on the page, and ask that you contact them BIG NOOOOO

They mark up like crazy. A good portion of their designs can be found on yesstyle / codibook / aliexpress at a MUCH cheaper price. so not worth it.
