The quality is very bad. Especially if you pay 100€ for one item you expect it would be good. It is Shein quality. (So not even H&M or zara or smth.) it is really really bad.
Plus you have to pay taxes

I ordered one coat, which was pretty expensive and the quality is not on point. Add to that, I had 80€ for taxes.

So please, if you want to order on this website, be attention to the taxe, and if you think it’s really worth it.

Je suis plus qu'abasourdie de leur manière de procéder... Et je me suis faite avoir comme une débutante ! Le nom "Storets" très américanisé me faisait croire que la marque était situé aux États-Unis... Et non, en Corée et de ce fait : mauvaise qualité - retour payant - frais de douanes exorbitants.
De ce fait, je ne recommande absolument pas ce site.

FUYEZ!!!! DO NOT BUY! I bought a jacket after seeing it on instagram on influencers. The price was very high and i was so surprised to see that the quality is SUPER CHEAP. Moreover, i have to pay 150 dollars of border tax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The customer service is terrible with a lack of competences.
This brand should be prohibited....and influencer should stop to promote this brand, they are responsible for it too

VERY bad quality. Got a "puffer" jacket from them but it had literally no insulation and the zipper was flimsy AF. Never purchasing from there ever again.

If I could give zero stars I would have done it! Very bad experience with everything (delivery, customer service...) It's really to flee don't lose your money!
The first thing to know is that the shipping costs are up 19€
The second thing you need to know is that the goods come from South Korea I paid 32 € of customs taxes to have me delivered in France, I was not aware and no one said anything until DHL send me emails and sms telling me that they paid in my place at customs the 32 € and that I have to refund them!
I refunded the €32 to DHL and received my order the next day! At the opening of the big problem package! I had ordered 4 skirts, 2 skirts were defective (one white with yellow spots and one black that was sewn to the place of the legs, so impossible to wear it)
I contacted customer service about it and they ask me to return the defective items to them and they don't even offer a return label LOL! So I have to pay another 19€ or more via DHL! I purchased from Storets thinking that it was an American store so that shipping, as well as import duties and customs, would not be an extortionate fee. From the website, it states that there is a flat fee in American Dollars stating that it would be $22-$35. However, much to my surprise and complete shock, I was charged £100 for customs and import duties. Nowhere on their website does it state that the clothes are being shipped from Korea. I have not yet received my items so I am unable to review the quality of the clothes.

I love storets! Shipping can be a big long at times, but the quality is always great for its price. I found one of my favorite white dresses here (not see through at all which is so hard to find with white!) and I wear it all the time. Def recommend!

i recently ordered the morgan wrap set from storets and received it about a week ago. as soon as i unwrapped my items i was thrilled. of course i tried them on and was even more pleased. the wrap top is so versatile and flattered, as is the length of the skort. both items can be used in endless outfits(:

Obsessed with Storets. I had been looking for a certain style stop and couldn’t find it anywhere but here. I ordered without reading any reviews and I am very impressed and will absolutely be ordering again. Shipping is a little expensive but my package got to me within a week so very worth it in my opinion. I ordered from another very popular store the same night and it took almost 4 times the amount to get here. I ordered a linen shirt and the fabric is amazing quality. It’s super breathable, doesn’t wrinkle easily and the fit was exactly as described. Definitely my new go to for stand out pieces.

Amazing website. Have ordered multiple things over the years. My most recent order included an incorrect item but I was very swift refunded. Excellent service and great quality clothes. Can't wait to order again.

I have had many items from Storets and love their designs, they are always slightly different, on trend and they also delivery fast. Quality can be different with each item but some items lasted really well

I would put zero stars. I am 5’3 and 103 pounds. I got a small size blazer and it came very very big, not oversized, but terrible at all. Poor quality. The color is different. They got $15 for the free shipping in the beginning and $5 for the return. It’s a scam

Serviço péssimo do início ao fim. Gastei 100€ por três peças (que estavam em promoção) para evitar o custo dos portes, mas acabaram por me ser cobrados 80€ de taxas para que as peças me fossem entregues. Resultado? Paguei quase 200€ por três peças que não valem nem metade disso: a qualidade é surpreendentemente péssima, não vale mesmo a pena. Primeira e última vez!

The price of items is so expensive once the taxe is added. The materials are SOO cheap, it is really inacceptable for the price. VERY poor quality. If you want to send the items back you have to pay for it yourself (to South Korea which is not cheap) and pay for the initial shipping. Also the taxes are not refundable so they robbed me of 100$ !!!!! Influencers should stop promoting this brand when the quality is obviously not there! I am beyond pissed

The worst experience ever. I would never wanna shop here ever again. Beware that you will charged custom fees. My order was $106 and I was charged $32 for customs. I bought one $84 dress. The dress was so cheap. The threads were coming out of seams. Poor quality material. And if you want to return it then pay another $30 for return shipping and they will charge for initial shipping $20 as now your order doesn’t meet the required value. It’s just not worth it. I just wasted $150 on this scam. Don’t waste your money. Buy at your local stores. This is a waste. And they don’t even reply! When you contact them. I am so annoyed. I should searched the reviews now I am pissed
