Wow don’t do it. I purchased a pair of jean shorts and after waiting a week for them to ship the item I reached out to the company, they apologized and said the shorts were actually out of stock and they’d ship them out the following day. Whatever, that was annoying but moving on, my shipment said delivered but I never recieved it.(15 dollars to ship mind you). I reached out again to the company and after some back and forth basically they said neither dhl or storets would be able to help. So basically I’m just out 70 dollars. A few days later my shorts arrive randomly, and the quality is really terrible. I would never shop here again and I highly suggest you stay away. They let me buy shorts that weren’t in stock and If I didn’t receive my item they would have kept my money and not helped at all. Shady shady shady

My order came with half of the items I received. I emailed them twice and they've ghosted me for the past week. Their return policy is extremely shady, too. Never buying anything here again.

I ordered a blazer but the quality was terrible, so I returned it. I had to pay 28€ for the return shipping costs AND they withdrew 20€ for the delivery costs which were supposedly free, but from the moment you return the item you have to pay them (????). Don't order on this site : big scam and a very bad price-performance ratio!

I ordered a two piece set super impulsively after seeing somebody else wearing it on Instagram. I was nervous that it wouldn’t be as cute as it looked on the site- but I was dead wrong. The price point was okay, a little expensive for me since I am a college student- HOWEVER the quality is amazing hence the five star review. shipping was fast, customer service was great. 10/10.

Omg don’t know where to start... I ordered 2 skirts as seen on an Instagram influencer and fell in love with them and they are EVERYTHING! They’re such good quality and the fit is perfect. Delivery was very quick as well considering I’m in the UK!! Definitely will be purchasing more items from here they’re super stylish and really affordable Thankyou!! :)

I ordered a dress and a top. The dress was okay but not worth the price tag. The top was absolutely ridiculous. The refund policy is a joke. Do yourself a favor and don't order from them.

The set I ordered was beautiful! I liked it and I’m constantly looking at the site for new arrivals. The only thing I wished they had the measurements for all the sizes. They only describe the xs size, but not the s or m.

Heard about this store through LauraJadestone, the influencer who owned the Zoe Jogger Pants. I purchased the Zoe Jogger Pants in white and grey following her recommendation. They took 8 days to arrive from Korea to New Zealand (6 working days). Overall I'm pretty happy with the pants, they're high waisted, have pockets, 100% cotton. One thing I would mention is that I expected them to be fleece-lined but they're not - its more like a woven pattern on the inside. I dropped a star because these are really expensive for some plain joggers, but surprisingly, it's so hard to find a nice pair of plain joggers. The white pair was also not as seethrough as normal white pants are which was reassuring.
Can't say anything about the returns, etc like the other users have mentioned because I was happy with what I got.

I've been looking for higher quality pieces to replace old clothes and Storets was perfect for loungewear with flair. I'm also surprised at how quickly it arrived, given the current circumstances of the global pandemic. I have the Zoe Jogger pants in white, which is such a clean lounge look. And I love the interesting twists they make on basic essentials like cropped tanks and sweats. Also I have the softest blue crop top from them that is AMAZING. I'll only take away a star for a cropped zip-up jacket I got, because the plastic at the corner of the zipper is a bit sharp and irritates my skin! Other than that, in love with it all.

I recently purchased the Zoe Jogger Lounge Pants in Grey and ivory and I’m extremely disappointed. This is my first time purchasing from the brand and what led me to purchase them was a blogger who claims to be “authentic”. I don’t understand how someone can recommend these? They are the most uncomfortable sweatpants ever - super itchy and not cozy whatsoever. So bummed :/

I ordered a Beautiful blazer jacket from this website and I am so happy with the order and the product!!! It was a birthday gift for my sister and she absolutely loved it! The quality and the look are high and trendy! That item looked just like the photos. It did take a bit longer to come but granted been tripping over ease with every website during these times. Thank you for the item!!

So, I am surprised how amazing this brand is. The clothes are nice quality and the details makes you wanna keep them forever, you feel unique in their clothes.
The delivery to Sweden took 2 days, which is crazy fast! I would recommend Storets to all fashionistas out there, you won’t regret it!

I’m not disappointed at all. I receive the items really quickly in like 4-5 days. The size is perfect for me I took my normal size and it’s perfect. The quality oh the clothes are really good too. Every items matches with the pictures of the website. I couldn’t be happier with my order. At first I was a little worried because the items are a little expensive but it totally it's worth it.
I totally recommend you this brand and I will reorder for sure.

I made my order without any resistant because I was impressed by the beauty of the clothes, and I'm so happy. I received my package really quickly like 4-5 days for France. The materials are great and comfy. Size are good but I really think that we need more choices for sizing !

Please do not buy anything from this site! This is the worse site I have ever shopped in. Their customer service is the worse and return policy does not make any sense. Once you return you loose 20$ and until now it’s already a month I still did not receive my refund. So stupid 👎🏻

I bought a dress and a two-piece knit from the website, but they arrived at different times. Both of them were priced under USD$100, but the total of them was over USD$100. The first one arrived was the two-piece knit in small size, which is too large for me, so I asked for a return. Because of the return policy that package with value of lower than USD$100 is complemented with a USD$20 return fees, I want to wait for my dress to see whether I need a return. The dress, which was also in small size, arrived. When I tried it on, I found it too tight and need a return. Therefore, I contacted the customer service for a new return label for these two. I returned both of them in a same package. After about three weeks, I didn't see any refunds on my bank account, so I contacted the customer service again. The customer service only processed one of my return with $USD 20 reduced and claimed that I've returned the two-piece knit only. I responded multiple emails saying that I've returned both items, but the representative insisted I've returned the two-piece knit only.

First off, I LOVE what I received from Storets. I ordered a tweed dress, and I received exactly what was shown in the image. I was hesitant to order because of reviews, but I’m glad I did. I needed the dress quickly, and because of my order total, they expedited the shipping for FREE. South Korea to Franklin Park, IL in 4 DAYS. They packaged it very nicely. The dress came in a fabric pouch. They also sent a free tote bag! The dress fits as expected. Ordered a S/M. Very happy. Also, the dress has actual pockets which is nice. Unusual for women’s clothing.

Scam?!?
Ordered a coat for $160AUD on the 24th of December. Received a confirmation email, however no notification in regards to shipping, it has been 11 days. I have also tried to log into their Storets website to check on the process of my order however, it states that the email or password is incorrect. I then clicked on Forgot password and entered my email to change my password, however it now states that my email is not registered, even though I have received a confirmation email upon purchase and an email for their online sale. Which doesn't make sense. After several attempts putting in the same email, it finally went through and now mentioned that an an email was sent with a link to update my password. I received no email..
This is such poor management.

I really hope this isn't a scam and a waste of my money, and I hope to eventually receive the coat..

Tracking information for item I purchased is not accurate. Over 45 days and still waiting on item to be delivered. No communication from this provider.
