My shipment has still not arrived has been sitting in the delivery service terminal for 4 days waiting for final delivery. On the third day of delivery expected today

I Have used sunlu for a while now and I love it

I forced to buy 5 kg of filament. I didn’t want that. I purchased by mistake and I canceled it within five minutes, but they insist to send me the package. I try every possible way with no help last time to be here.

I’ve been very happy with the quality of SUNLU products. The filament has been consistent, reliable, and produces great prints, which is why I continue to use SUNLU for my 3D printing needs.

The two areas I’d love to see improved are product availability, especially having more options available for refills, and shipping times. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to receive an order, which can be frustrating when I need filament for upcoming projects.

Overall, though, I’m very pleased with the quality and performance of SUNLU products and would definitely recommend them to other 3D printing enthusiasts!

Product is good but your packaging is horrible. I ordered 6+ boxes of filament and they all came individually wrapped inside a giant plastic bag that looks like it was taped up by a 3 year old and then it was dropped from 30,000 ft from an airplane as it flew by my house and then dragged behind the mail carrier vehicle the rest of the way. Every single box was demolished, half the bags were torn open exposing the filament to the elements. Hopefully they are still usable. From what I’ve read recently, that seems to be the standard for your products, so while it seems like good product I may never order again because of it.

I do like ordering from sunlu but I received 3 out of my 7 rolls completely destroyed.

It's easy to order from there website. I do wish that they would ship the filament in a box, but this is not a deal braker. I like there filament.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with your filament. I’m already getting ready to place the second order. It’s beautiful. It’s durable. It’s flawless so far. Highly recommended to my friends can’t wait to see my next order. My shipping was could’ve been a little betterfor some reason my order stayed in one area about 80 miles from me for 3 1/2 -4 days. I’m a little impatient with orders. Can’t wait to get them. I guess it got stuck in transit otherwise-was a great purchase and experience.

Always get what I need when I need it. So good I wish I could open a store with this product. From start to finish, it's professional.

Delivery was relatively quick and came well packed. However tracking was difficult to obtain at first so I was forced to get material elsewhere because I didn't know when this was due to arrive. Otherwise it was a good experience

Multi-filament order arrived with cosmetic damage to packaging. Filaments are all usable. Consider shipping in a box instead of just a wrapped shroud - FedEx is always violent.
