I purchased a SUNLU heater for my Bambu Lab AMS Lite and had a great experience from start to finish. The ordering process was straightforward, and using the Shop app made purchasing quick and easy. Free shipping was included, and the item arrived on time exactly as expected.
Throughout the delivery process, I received regular email updates, which kept me well informed about my order status. Assembly was simple thanks to the clear installation video provided on the SUNLU website.

We are sorry you encountered difficulties printing with our PETG filament. PETG is sensitive to moisture and slicer parameters. We suggest drying the filament and tuning nozzle/bed temperature and retraction settings.

Excellent filament, bad packaging.
I have always been very happy with Sunlu Filament but not the shipping department.
Filament arrived in a timely manner but multiple spools arrived broken due to poor packaging for shipment. I receive broken spools with every shipment due to bad packaging.
