Overall SUNLU filaments are very good and very compatible with my printer - Bambu PS2. The prices are typically better, and I often wait for a sale to buy them in bulk. Most of the time, the spools come promptly. On occasion, the spools come from different places. FedEx delivers fast. GOFO tends to take more time and does not state when to expect the delivery. My issue is I don't know which package delivery service will be used, thus 4 stars

i’m giving this one star, because of the packaging. Three boxes of filaments were sent in a plastic envelope, instead of a cardboard box. Because of the lack of protection, at least one edge of every cardboard box was crushed. You need to take more care in shipping your filament to the customer.

Filament bundle "randomness" no dry box yet
While I have not received the FilaDC i10 yet, I did receive the "random" filament from the bundle that I purchased. I purchased 2 bundles with 10 "random" spools each and while I didn't expect to receive any of the fancy engineering filaments, I did expect more actual randomness. Instead, all I received was black and white pla. No extra colors or materials. That's it. I'm not sure what is included in their random drawing but at least having a list of filaments that could be received would have been nice. Will update review when I actually receive the dry box units themselves.

Bought multiple spools of PLA silk and regular. Fast delivery and ready to go out of the box. No drying was necessary. Love it.

Delivery
I know that the delivery date was 3-7 business days but in this day and age of fast delivery, I'll most likely pay the extra $2-$5 to get it delivered overnight from Amazon - I have a Prime account that gives me free delivery.
Would be best to investigate alternate delivery companies. SpeedX is WAY too slow

My package came slightly damaged. I haven't thoroughly checked every spool yet, but it came in a bag instead of a rigid box, so the corners of the individual spool boxes were damaged.

Great Quality Filament at a Great Price
I regularly order my filament from Sunlu and I’ve never been disappointed. The quality is really good, the filament prints consistently and gives great results, especially considering the very reasonable prices.
Orders are processed quickly and delivery is always fast. For anyone who does a lot of 3D printing, Sunlu is definitely a great place to buy filament.
