I received my DAMAGED random bundle 10 pack…
I received my random bundle 10pack today all black and white PLA so not really random not to mention the package was torn open and all boxes and spools are damaged due to Sunlu not packaging in a large box. All smaller filament boxes were packed into a bag with a shipping label and it arrived torn and completely destroyed. Also my filament dryer wasn’t included with the filament might have gotten lucky bc atleast that’s not destroyed too!

Hello, filament and machines are shipped in separate packages, as noted in our shipping information. If your dryer is a pre-order item, please refer to the estimated shipping date on its product page.
Random bundles are packed based on available stock, so colors may repeat and specific color preferences cannot be guaranteed. We understand that receiving only black and white was disappointing.
We’re sorry that the packaging and spools arrived damaged. Please contact sales02@sunlu.com or support@sunlu.com with your order number and photos of the damage so our team can review the issue and discuss appropriate compensation.

Every time I tried to put items in my cart or check out, it wouldn't let me. I would click on the tab, and then I would get four little squares. Even after I met the ordering requirements. I have sent a couple of emails to customer service and heard nothing back.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. But i have problem with the gray pla+ 2.0 spool. The spool came out tangle in the middle causing print and feeding failure. Wasted filament to untagle and redo prints.
