Totally transformed my opinion of Diffusers!
7 months ago I actually found a reed diffuser that I really liked, after literally years and years of 'yeuck'! It was Stoneglow Orris and Ylang Ylang and it has transformed my lounge from slightly old musty to utterly desireable in a 90year old house. Now, I've bought another, exactly the same for the guest room and bathroom and am happy.

Would free samples help?
Took a while to dispatch, though I appreciate the free gift. However the diffusers are very disappointing. I chose well reviewed items but none of the three (palo santo amber, orris ylang, sea salt oakmoss) produce a discernible fragrance at all (well, sea salt oakmoss a very faint one), compared with sandalwood patchouli and fougere vetiver, both of which are brilliant. Free samples would help make a better choice, maybe?

Poor and customer service
Refill is very poor and not fit for purpose when we connected Stoneglow for a replacement or refund they were not interested and made very lame excuses.
In effect we paid £24 for a bottle of water. Avoid this company at all cost they have very poor products and even worse customer service

We take the quality of our products very seriously, all our fragrances are developed here in the UK with fragrance optimization as paramount, also the diffuser refill you have ordered features one of the most intense fragrances available in our product line. As discussed, as the product is in use we are unable to provide a replacement or raise a refund for your order. We would always recommend moving the diffuser to a new spot in your home, away from walls, to improve air circulation around the reeds.

Easy to order. Delivery really slow!!! Good job I wasn’t buying these for a gift. I do know the diffuser I ordered is absolutely lovely and would give that 5 stars though.

Sadly did not. Arrive
Sadly, my 2 purchases never arrived. My fault because I have recently moved house and although I changed address on my bank cards and added the new address as a first time user of stoneglow site, I ticked the box indicating
Delivery address same as card address (which it was but not according to apple pay ). Evri delivered to my old address and stoneglow response was ‘nothing we can do, your fault. One star as my experience was not good.

Beautiful ceramic Reed diffuser
Beautiful ceramic Reed diffuser, nicely gift boxed. Products are worth the price.
The liquid lasts really well and has a good aroma that disperse all around the room.
Confusing information, once item has been dispatched, order is shown as completed even though item not yet received. Just a little too long waiting for delivery. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

This is company done everything right…
This is company done everything right to help me when I has an issue with delivery address. Good communication . However I was recommended to buy these wax melts as they apparently so good and smell lovely. However in my opinion they don't smell any stronger than other wax melts.
