Great product! We got a blue plaque as a going away gift to a friend, who absolutely loved it. I was pleased with the quality and speed of production. The delivery service that was used was not reliable and changed delivery windows at least twice and we missed the gift at the going away gathering (that we were initially expecting to be able to make, though I did order at the last minute, initial delivery window was the day before, then the day of, but eventually it arrived the day afterwards and I had to bring it separately.) But that was not the fault of Jonny’s Sister.

Good size piggy bank. Strong lettering. Nice smooth finish.
The only thing is the price. I got mine on an offer and it was worth the money but not the original price which I feel is a lot.

I ordered a personalised letter cushion. It wasn’t wrapped properly and the fabric had very visible stains on it.
I’d also tried contacting the company twice and both emails are replied to by an artificial intelligence bot.
Do not use this company.
