Great Customer Care
I ordered a few items including a refill of a reed diffuser. the items arrived promptly with good communication and well packaged. Unfortunately the replacement reeds were missing. I emailed customer service and received an almost immediate reply from Adelina who informed replacement reeds will be in the post asap. For me good service is about things mostly being right, but when they inevitably go wrong occasionally a quick, polite response and a good resolution are also a measure of great customer care. that's what I got today from Adelina so here is a 5* review. thanks. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service
I contacted customer services as my order hadn’t been delivered. Adelina replied promptly and arranged for a replacement to be sent out, which I have now received.
I would add that it was very well packaged and I love the scent of the Whisky Et Chene diffuser ( which doesn’t smell much like whisky as as you may imagine)

Didn't get order confirmation ! Quite concerning not knowing if payment had gone through without order going through, rang to query and was told confirmation would be emailed ,it wasn't only got notification from royal mail order was out for delivery, shocking correspondence should do much better

We have found the refill product to be less effective in diffused strength than the original and this detracts from our experience which is otherwise excellent

We're sorry to learn that the refill didn't provide the same fragrance strength as the original diffuser. Your feedback is valuableb for us, and we'll share it with our product team as we continually work to improve our products. Factors such as the age of the reeds or the environment can also affect fragrance performance, so replacing the reeds when using a refill can often help maximise diffusion.

Hit and miss
The Milan reed diffuser has a gorgeous scent but I would hesitate to recommend it as it doesn’t appear to have a particularly long shelf life. I bought three bottles; the first two were great but the third one seems to have gone off. It’s supposed to be a clear liquid; my one is a vexing shade of orangey brown. It has very little scent and zero throw.
Stoneglow have no interest in addressing this problem and have told me to take it back to the store from which I purchased it. I won’t be going anywhere with it, not least because I suspect that the store will be equally unhelpful. I also won’t be forking out for any more stoneglow products. The “Water” candles were also a complete waste of money because, despite how lovely they smelt in the box, they have no scent at all whilst burning.
In a single purchase, I bought reed diffusers, candles and oils. One way or another I’ve had negative experiences with all of them (the oil wouldn’t come out until I punched holes in the dropper insert) and would not, for that reason, recommend buying them as gifts before trying them out yourself.

Regarding the issue with the third diffuser, our policy is that products not purchased directly from Stoneglow must be returned to the original retailer for assessment. Also a proof of purchase is required before any further action. The retailer is responsible for providing a replacement or refund in line with their returns process, and they can also liaise with us if required.
We genuinely regret that this has left you feeling disappointed, as this is not the experience we want our customers to have. We appreciate your comments regarding the candles and fragrance oil as well, and we will ensure your feedback is shared with our product team for review.
